Halloween and superheroes!

Anton LaVey, the founder of the church of Satan said that: “by dressing up, either by wearing a costume or by coloring oneself in celebration of Halloween, signifies that you allow Satan to own you”. 

LaVey further says: “I am glad that Christian parents let their children worship the devil at least one night out of the year. Welcome to Halloween.”

On page 96 of the Satanic Bible, Anton LaVey wrote that “After one’s own birthday, the two major Satanic holidays are Walpurgisnacht (May 1st) and Halloween.”

Remember that Satan hates you and knows that we are created in the image of ELOHIM; therefore, when he sees us he is reminded of ELOHIM and he will do anything he can to make you change your identity into someone or something else other than whom you were created to be. You’re willfully giving Satan legal rights to you. Even if you dress up as an angel it will be a fallen angel, since that is the only type of angel that will participating in this day.

You cannot justify celebrating this day by calling it a Harvest festival, you certainly cannot Christianize a demonic day, that is like giving CPR to a mummy, trying to bring life to something that is dead. All you are doing is recreating pagan rituals and the Satanists of the world are laughing at those who call themselves Christians, why? Because sadly they know the scriptures better than the so-called believer.

No believer in YESHUA should ever be involved celebrating this wicked day of Satan at all, and I have talked about this several times in the past. I had to make a message because I heard more justification to celebrate this evil day from a pastor that said Halloween in itself is not bad as long as you don’t dress up and ghosts and zombies, but it’s absolutely okay for your children to dress up as a superhero! I guess these pastors feel that superheroes represent something good.

Firstly, superheroes are supposed to be “saviors of the world”! This clearly contradicts the scriptures that tell us  there is ONLY ONE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD and that is YESHUA! So why are you letting your child dress up as a false savior in order to justify celebrating this day?

Matthew 26:28 (Hebrew)

“For this is the blood of the new, which is shed to atone for your iniquities.”

John 3:16-17 (Hebrew)

“For EL loves the world so much that He gave His Only Son-one alone begotten-to the world; in order that He who believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. For ELOAH did not send His Son into the world in order to judge the world (that’s for the future) but in order that the world may be SAVED through Him.”

Mark 11:9-10 (Hebrew)

“And those who were walking before Him, and those who were following after Him cried out, and said, “Hoshi’einu blessed SAVIOR! Blessed is He comes in the Name of YAHWEH and blessed be the King who is a SAVIOR FROM THE HEAVENS!”

This is all designed to get your children to question whether there is more than one Savior. Think about it, just about every religion in the world is waiting for their version of a messiah which is a false messiah. I believe that these false deities being worshipped in all the false religions all over the world such as the Greek Pantheon are nothing more than fallen angels stemming from Genesis 6. I would like to examine an article about Superman and see if you still feel it is just an innocent comic book afterward. And one of the reasons I’ll discuss is hidden right in plain site which is why learning Hebrew, at least the basics are important. This guy does a great job breaking down the Superman movie that came out in the year he wrote the article which was in 2013 so I’ll list it below and add notes when necessary.

“The last son of Krypton, Kal-El, better known to you puny Earthlings as Superman, is making yet another appearance on the silver screen with “Man of Steel.” Having seen the film twice I’m here to answer your two biggest questions. Yes, the movie is a great deal of fun and, yes, Superman has just as much blatant religious symbolism as ever. But does the new Superman turn its cape on its Jewish past?

Finding Jewish roots in DC Comics’ “Big Blue Boy Scout” is not exactly a new avenue of scholarship. A quick look at Amazon.com will offer up books like “From Krakow to Krypton: Jews and Comic Books,” “Disguised as Clark Kent: Jews, Comics and the Creation of the Superhero,” “Superman is Jewish?: How Comic Book Superheroes Came to Serve Truth, Justice and the Jewish-American Way,” and, my personal favorite, “Up, Up and Oy Vey: How Jewish History, Culture, and Values Shaped the Comic Book Superhero.”

In case you’ve been living under a cultural rock, some quick facts. Superman was created in the 1930s by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster, two Jewish-American children of European refugees. Superman’s “old country” is Krypton, an advanced realm that ultimately destroyed itself. Superman’s real name is Kal-El, son of Jor-El. The suffix El, of course, means “of God” in Hebrew, with Kal-El defined by some as “Voice of God.” Before Krypton’s doom, Kal-El’s parents put him in a Moses-like basket, sending him down the Nile of intergalactic space until he landed safely on Earth.”

Exodus 2:2-3

“And the woman conceived and bore a son; and when she saw that he was a handsome boy, she hid him for three months. And when she could no longer hide him, she took for herself an ark made of acacia wood, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child into; and laid it among the reeds by the river’s bank.”

I would like to add that in the western world Kal is pronounced as if someone was to say CAL-lifornia, but in Hebrew it would be pronounced Kol, and “Kol” means voice in Hebrew as the article said! Furthermore when it comes to the transliteration of Hebrew words into English the letter “K” and the letter “Q” are interchangeable. For example, some spell The Set Apart Spirt as “RUACH HA’KODESH” and others as “RUACH HA’QODESH”.  So lets view an example to make sure Kol/Qol means voice:

Matthew 3:16-17 (Hebrewgospels.com)

“And immediately – when YESHUA MASHIACH was immersed and came out of the water-the heavens were opened, and RUACH HA-QODESH descended on Him in the form of a dove. And there came a BAT QOL (KOL), and said, “This is My Son, My beloved, He is pleasing to Me.”

So, remember the Q and K are interchangeable when pronouncing a word or name in Hebrew. And here in the Hebrew we see “BAT QOL/KOL” and in the footnote it says “A daughter of a VOICE,” the Hebrew way of saying, “a voice from heaven.” “Bat” means daughter in Hebrew and “Kol” means voice. So as we can see Superman’s name means “The Voice of EL”, so the question I ask is who is the real voice of EL?

Deuteronomy 18:18-19

“I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth and He shall speak to them all that I shall command Him. Whosever will not hearken to My words which He shall speak In My Name, I will require it of Him.”

John 12:49-50

“For I did not speak of Myself; but the Father who sent Me, He commanded Me what to say and what to speak. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting; these things therefore which I speak, just as My Father told Me, so I speak.”

Hebrews 1:1

“From of old ELOHIM spoke to our fathers by the prophets in every manner and in all ways; and in these latter days He has spoken to us by His Son…”

“And He was clothed with a garment on which blood was sprinkled, and His Name was THE WORD OF YAHWEH.”

There is no way Superman is the Voice of ELOHIM or the Word of YAHWEH!

Article continued: There, in the most goyische place ever (a farm in Kansas!) Kal-El assumes the secret identity of Clark Kent, and this “model minority” soon thrives in his new environment. The yellow sun’s radiation provides a source for him to “leap tall buildings in a single bound,” though for Siegel and Shuster it was meant to symbolize the freedom from pogroms and Nazism which allowed them to find safety and success.

The Moses metaphors and symbols of doomed Europe remain in “Man of Steel,” scripted by Jewish-American writer David Goyer. The planet’s expository scenes are told through morphing globs of silver, giving everything a very Art Deco/German Expressionist look.

I would comment on “Man of Steel” as we know that steel is supposed to represent strength and reliability and is defined by Cambridge dictionary as  A STRONG metal, that is a mixture of iron and carbon, used for making things that need a strong structure, especially vehicles and buildings. What is YESHUA called? The Chief Corner STONE which represents strength and reliability.

Matthew 21:42-44 quoting Psalms 118:22

“YESHUA said to them, “And you, have you never read the scripture which says, ‘The stone that the builders of the wall rejected will be placed in the corner, It is a work from EL in your eyes’? Surely, because of this I say to you that the kingdom of YAHWEH will be taken from you, and given to nations who will do His deeds. He who will fall upon that stone will be crushed, and it will crush him upon whom it falls.”

So, I don’t find this to be a coincidence either.

Article continued: “Upping the Hebraic ante for this fantastical immigrants’ tale, however, is the specific item — the “MacGuffin” in screenwriters’ terms — that the villain, General Zod, is pursuing.

Zod (played with wonderful gusto by Michael Shannon) has chased down Kal-El (a quite remarkable Henry Cavill and his team of personal trainers and nutritionists – Man of Steel indeed!) in search of a doohickey that contains the genetic code and collected knowledge of Krypton, which they all call The Codex.

One need not be a biblical scholar to immediately flash upon the Aleppo Codex, the 10th century document considered by many to be the most authoritative reproduction of the Hebrew Bible. Currently housed in the Shrine of the Book wing in Jerusalem’s Israel Museum, the stories surrounding the codex include that it has survived theft and ransom during the Crusades, as well as near-destruction in 1947 by angry rioters at the announcement of the UN’s partition plan. Over the years it was hidden in Cairo (where Maimonides supposedly consulted with it in the 12th Century) and eventually Syria (where it acquired its “Aleppo” affiliation.)

Watching the brutal General Zod bark “where have you hidden the Codex?!?!” to the sweet, apple pie Middle American Ma Kent, is, in a twisted and probably unintentional way, the strangest new iteration on classic Jew-hating paranoia.

I’ll explain. Zod was bred, “Brave New World”-style, to protect the legacy of Krypton, the Old Country. (Kal-El is the first natural birth is centuries.) Both are among the few survivors of genocide. Kal-El’s father Jor-El (Russell Crowe, by the way) embedded the Codex with Kal-El when he sent him down the Nile. Kal-El has the power to preserve and create a new Krypton, but in doing that he would kill humanity. (Visualized via a fantasy scene in which Superman is drowning in a sea of skulls shouting “Noooooo!” This is a comic book movie, remember.)

Kal-El ultimately rejects this evil plan, this protocol dreamed up by the elders of Krypton. (For what it’s worth, nice Russel Crowe hoped he would figure out some sort of workaround where everyone would be happy – though it is hard to see how this is possible without altering the planet’s atmosphere, as evil Zod tried to do.) Kal-El has the Codex – and instead of returning it to the people of Krytpon – he keeps it hidden and unused. (This sounds like the Dead Sea Scrolls that were hidden, unused and later discovered in 1947 at Qumaran.)

Kal-El at age 33 (the year Jesus was when he was crucified) is ready to sacrifice for the good of his new home. He is, as he reminds the distrusting American General, “about as American as they come!” He arrives at this decision after a soulful one-on-one conversation with a Christian minister while sitting in front of a gigantic stained glass window of Christ. The light shining through it forms a halo around Henry Cavill’s gorgeous head. If you somehow missed that visual cue, there’s this subtle move Superman makes when he decides to put himself in harm’s way to fight General Zod.

In conclusion we see that Superheroes are so-called Saviors of the world when we have One Savior in YESHUA; Kal-El means “Voice of EL” and we know that YESHUA is the Voice of EL the Word of YAHWEH; Superman is the “Man of Steel” referring to strength as YESHUA is the Cornerstone referring to strength; this movie included scriptural elements such as putting Superman in a Moses-like basket and sending him down the Nile of intergalactic space until he landed safely on Earth; Superman is ready to sacrifice himself at 33 the age YESHUA was crucified; and also including a reference to the Aleppo Codex which is supposed to be one of the most authoritative Hebrew manuscripts. You can’t tell me any of this is a coincidence! The enemy does this right in plain sight and no one should playing around with the scriptures to form a false savior.

So as established from the introduction, dressing up as anything on Halloween is evil including dressing up as superhero.

2 Corinthians 6:14-18

“Do not unite in marriage with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity? Or what mingling has light with darkness? Or what accord has Messiah with Satan? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? Or what harmony has the temple of ELOHIM with idols? For you are the temple of the living ELOHIM; as it is said, I will dwell in them and walk in them; and I will be their ELOHIM, and they shall be My people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be separate says YAHWEH, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, said YAHWEH Almighty.”

Paul says "They will believe a LIE!" Why?

Most are already familiar with the writings of Paul in 2 Thessalonians pertaining to the anti-messiah that will arise and sit in the temple, but who is it that will deceived when he comes? There are many Jews, not all, who have not yet accepted YESHUA as the Messiah and their Savior, as they do not believe that He has already come the first time as a Lamb to take away the iniquities of the world! We know that when He does come back He is coming as a Lion to destroy the enemies of YAHWEH. So being that they have rejected His first coming, they will be easily deceived into thinking the anti-messiah is the true Messiah. They have their own Oral Torah doctrines that have led them away from the truth to be deceived, but they aren’t the only ones as we will see.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 (Complete Jewish Scriptures)

“But in connection with the coming of our Master YESHUA the Messiah and our gathering together to meet Him, we ask you, brothers, not to be easily shaken in your thinking or anxious because of a spirit or a spoken message or a letter supposedly from us claiming that the Day of YAHWEH has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way. For the Day will not come until after the APOSTASTY has come and the man who SEPARATES HIMSELF FROM TORAH has been revealed (the lawless anti-messiah), the one destined for doom. He will oppose himself to everything that people call elohim or make an object of worship; he will put himself above them all, so that he will sit in the temple of ELOHIM and proclaim that he himself is ELOHIM. Don’t you remember that when I was still with you, I used to tell you these things? And now you know what is restraining, so that he may be revealed in his own time. For already this SEPARATING FROM TORAH IS AT WORK SECRETLY, but it will be secretly only until he who is restraining is out of the way. Then the one who EMBODIES SEPARATION FROM THE TORAH (anti-messiah) will be revealed, the one whom the Master YESHUA will slay with the breath of His mouth and destroy by the esteem of His coming. When this man who AVOIDS TORAH comes, the Adversary (Satan) will give him the power to work all kinds of false miracles, signs, and wonders. He will enable him to DECEIVE, in all kinds of wicked ways, those who are headed for destruction BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT RECEIVE THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH that could save them. This is why ELOHIM is causing them to GO ASTRAY, SO THEY WILL BELIEVE THE LIE. The result will be that all who have not BELIEVED THE TRUTH, but have taken their pleasure in wickedness, will be condemned.”

Firstly, we see that Paul says in verse 7 “for this separating from the Torah is at work secretly…”

Paul clearly identifies the lawless one who separates himself from the Torah as the anti-messiah, who is the one who champions the lawless doctrines of Christianity, just think of the phrase “the law is done away with!” that Christianity preaches. Why is it done secretly? Because as Genesis 3:1 tells us is that he is subtle meaning very crafty at what he does! Satan will never come out as a grotesque, horned, pitchfork carrying monster to lead you astray! No! He infiltrates secretly with deception that looks and sounds good on the surface, but full of death. The tactic of “separating believers from the Torah” is secretly working death in the lives of those who claim to follow YESHUA, because Satan has them believing that they are walking in the full truth and that they won’t die for lawless behavior, even though they are walking in utter rebellion, complete disobedience to the Creator. Satan is giving them a false sense of salvation which is why he preaches the saved by grace alone doctrine and millions of Christians have accepted it, because he knows those who disobey the Torah will be cast out. We know this is true because YESHUA said it and Paul is confirming it.

Matthew 7:21-23

“No everyone who says to Me, ‘Master, Master!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, only those who do what My Father in heaven wants. On that Day many will say to Me, ‘Master, Master! Didn’t we prophesy in Your Name? Didn’t we expel demons in Your Name? Didn’t we perform many miracles in Your Name? Then I will tell them to their faces, ‘I never knew you! GET AWAY FROM ME, YOU WORKERS OF LAWLESSNESS!”

These are believers that YESHUA is talking to who prophesied in His Name and cast out demons in His Name, yet He will say depart from Me you workers of lawlessness! Those who said the law is done away with. This is the secret deception of Satan that has many walking on the broad path of destruction.

Genesis 2:16-17

“And YAHWEH ELOHIM took the man, and put him in the garden of Eden to till it and to keep it. And YAHWEH ELOHIM commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat; for in the day that you eat of it YOU SHALL SURELY DIE.”

Genesis 3:1-4

“Now the serpent was more subtle than all the wild beasts that YAHWEH ELOHIM had made. And the serpent said to the woman, truly has ELOHIM said that you shall not eat of any tree of the garden? And the woman said to the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of all the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, ELOHIM has said, you shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die. And the serpent said to the woman, YOU SHALL NOT SURELY DIE.”

YAHWEH gave ONE command saying if you eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil you WILL DIE, but Satan comes along and says that if you eat the fruit you SHALL NOT DIE! Sadly many choose to listen to the lies of Satan that lead to death versus the voice of YAHWEH that leads to life. Satan was able to convince them to break the commandment of YAHWEH by telling Eve she wouldn’t die knowing full well that they would, just as Satan is telling Christianity today that they can break the commandments and they will not die, knowing full well that they will. Satan has infiltrated the churches and has false teachers are posing as ministers of righteousness preaching disobedience from the pulpit.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15

“For they are false apostles and deceitful workers, POSING AS APOSTLES OF MESSIAH. There is no marvel in this; for if Satan disguises himself as the malach (angel) of light, it is no great thing if his ministers ALSO POSE AS MINISTERS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, who end shall be according to their works.”

Satan is telling the exact same LIE he told the in garden just repackaged in a church building. Paul goes on to say that the anti-messiah will deceive those who are headed for destruction because they would not receive the love of the TRUTH!

What is the truth?

Psalms 119:142

“Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Your TORAH IS TRUTH.”

Psalms 119:160

“The foundation of Your WORD is TRUTH; and every one of Your righteous JUDGMENTS endures FOR EVER.”

Deuteronomy 8:3

“And He humbled you and suffered you to hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, neither did your ancestors know; that He might make you to understand that man does not live by bread alone; but by EVERY WORD that comes from the mouth of YAHWEH.”

John 17:17

“O Father, set them apart in Your TRUTH, because YOUR WORD IS TRUTH.”

The truth is YAHWEH’s words which is the Torah/Law! So, Paul is saying that those who are headed for destruction are those who refused the love of the truth which is the Torah! They will be deceived because they chose the lawless path!

Then in verse 11 Paul says, “The result is why ELOHIM is causing them to go astray, so that they will believe the LIE.”

YAHWEH will give them over to their own perverted minds as He magnifies the wickedness that is already present within their hearts, because they refuse to obey His commandments that lead to life, and being that they love lies then He will give them over to the father of lies to deceive them.

John 8:44-47

“You belong to your father, Satan, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. From the start he was a murderer, and he has never stood by the TRUTH, because there is NO TRUTH in him. When he tells a LIE, he is speaking in character; because he is a LIAR—INDEED, THE INVENTOR OF THE LIE! But as for Me, because I tell you the truth you DON’T BELIEVE ME. Which one of you can show Me where I’m wrong? If I’m telling the truth, why don’t you believe Me? Whoever belongs to ELOHIM LISTENS TO WHAT ELOHIM SAYS; the reason you don’t listen is that you don’t BELONG TO ELOHIM.”

Those who say the law is done away with are doing the will of Satan the lawless one and don’t belong to ELOHIM. YESHUA said that “Whoever belongs to ELOHIM listens to what ELOHIM says” and what did ELOHIM say?

Leviticus 18:5

“You shall therefore keep My commandments and My judgments, which if a man do, he shall LIVE IN THEM; I am YAHWEH.”

Then YESHUA said “Because I tell you the truth you don’t believe Me”. YESHUA told you the commandments were not done away with, so why don’t you believe Him? Is it because He tells you the truth that you can’t understand Him as the Pharisees could not because of their hard hearts?

Matthew 5:17 (Hebrew)

“Do NOT THINK that I came to throw down the Torah and the prophets, on the contrary, I came to CONFIRM. I say unto you in truth, that NO ONE WORD WILL BE DIMINISHED FROM THE TORAH…”

YESHUA says don’t not “think” in other words, do not even let it into enter into your minds that He came to do away with the Torah or that not one word would be diminished from it which is the truth,  yet when Satan speaks and says: Do as thou wilt and you will not die” the lawless lie is immediately accepted as truth. History repeats itself and many are walking in disobedience today which brought about the fall of mankind in the first place. So when the anti-messiah arrives on the scene, the one who separates himself from the Torah will easily deceive the lawless Christians who have already committed to following his lawless ways. They will believe he is YESHUA when he is not because they have refused the love of the truth (Torah). And that day may not be too far off, so it’s time to separate yourselves from the lies of Satan and walk in the truth, repent and following YESHUA completely.

Rare GOLD YAHWEH seeks!

2 Esdras 7:51-61

“For whereas you have said that the righteous are not many but few, while the unrighteous abound, hear the explanation for this. If you have just a few precious stones, will you add to them lead and clay? I said, “Master, how could that be? And he said to me, “Not only that, but ask the earth and she will tell you; address her, and she will declare it to you. Say to her, ‘You produce gold and silver and brass, and iron and lead and clay; but silver is more abundant than gold, and brass than silver, and iron than brass, and lead than iron, and clay than lead. Judge therefore which things are precious and desirable, those that are abundant or those that are RARE? I said, “O sovereign YAHWEH, what is plentiful is of LESS WORTH, for what is RARER IS MORE PRECIOUS.” He answered and said, “Weigh within yourself what you have thought, for he who has what is hard to get rejoices more than he who has what is plentiful. So also will be the judgment which I have promised; for I will rejoice over the FEW WHO SHALL BE SAVED, because it is they who have made My esteem to prevail now, and through them My Name has now been honored.”

2 Esdras 8:1-3

“He answered me and said, “The Most High made this world for the sake of many, but the world to come for the sake of few. But I will explain the parable to you, Ezra. Just as, when you ask the earth, it will tell you that it provides VERY MUCH CLAY from which earthenware is made, but only A LITTLE DUST FROM WHICH GOLD COMES; so is the course of the present world. Many have been created, but few shall be saved.”

YAHWEH is looking for rare gold which are the few righteous in the world that will be saved this is obviously the narrow path that YESHUA speaks of saying:

Matthew 7:13-14

“Enter through the narrow gate, for wide is the way that leads man to destruction, and many are entering by it. But the gate and the way that lead to life, it is exceedingly narrow; and FEW are they who find it.”

The rare gold are the few righteous who are walking the narrow path which are those who keep the commandments of YAHWEH and faith in YESHUA (Revelation 14:12).

So, what does it take to get us to become rare gold? It is a process that YAHWEH sends His all of people through to refine them. Are you willing to let YAHWEH refine you or are you going to be content with being clay and lead (the unrighteous) with no value that will be destroyed with the multitude?

2 Esdras 9:14-22

“I answered and said, “I said before, and I say now, and will say it again: there are more who perish than those who will live, as a flood is greater than a drop of water.” He answered me and said, “As is the field, so is the seed; and as are the flowers, so are the colors; and as is the work, so is the judgment; and as is the farmer, so is the threshing floor. For there was a time in this age when I was preparing for those who now exist, before they came into being the world was made for them to dwell in, and no one opposed Me then, for no one existed; but now those who have been created in this world, which is supplied both with an unfailing table (plenty of food to eat) and an inexhaustible pasture, have become corrupt in their ways. So I considered My world, and behold, it was lost, and My earth, and behold, it was in peril because of the devices of those who had come into it. And I saw and spared some with great difficulty, and saved for Myself ONE GRAPE OUT OF A CLUSTER, AND ONE PLANT OUT OF A GREAT FOREST. So let the multitude perish which has been born in vain, but let My grape and My plant be saved, because with MUCH LABOR I HAVE PERFECTED THEM.”

 YAHWEH labors hard to perfect us to get us on the narrow path and keep us there, to by the leading of the  RUACH HA’KODESH! So, as we saw from the scriptures earlier that only a few will be saved and are likened to rare gold. So, lets view an article about the gold refining process to see if it applies to us in our walk with YESHUA!

“Once upon a time, your favourite gold necklace was part of a bunch of other metals congealed together in a rock. When gold is mined, it is barely discernible as the metal we have come to love. It is in fact what experts called an ore. An ore can have a high or a low amount of gold content depending on where it was extracted. Goldsmiths use cyanide to extract the gold from the ores, forming something called a ‘dore’.

Onward to the next stage. The dore has to go through a trial by fire at a refinery. In an exciting process called refining, it is re-liquified in a furnace and then heaped with generous amounts of soda ash and borax. This effectively separates the gold from impurities and other metal traces. There are actually a range of interesting scientific and technological ways gold can be refined. Whatever the method, what remains is the purest gold on the planet and it is cast into a beautiful bar that glitters like the sun.”

As we see from the article that gold did not just come out as pure gold as we know it, rather it was BARELY DISCERNIBLE before it was refined. It had to be effectively SEPARATED FROM THE IMPURITIES, just as we the believers are refined by the blood of YESHUA and keeping the commandments out of obedience, which then SEPARATES us from the IMPURITIES OF THIS WORLD and SEPARATES us the wheat from the tares, the sheep from the goats.

2 Corinthians 6:15-16

“Or what accord has Messiah with Satan? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? Or what harmony has the temple of ELOHIM with idols? For you are the temple of the living ELOHIM; as it is said, I will dwell in them and walk in them; and I will be their ELOHIM, and they shall be My people.”

Matthew 13:37-42 (Hebrew)

“So He answered and said, “He who sows the good seed is the Son of the virgin. The field is the world and the good seed are the righteous ones, but the thistles are the evil ones. And the enemy who sows them is Ha-Satan. And the time of the harvest is the end of the world, and the reapers are the messengers. For like a man who gathers the thistles and burns them, so it will be at the end of the world. The Son of ELOAH will send His messengers. All the stumbling-blocks in His kingdom and the evil ones, He will place in the fire of Gei-Hinnom, and there will be weeping and trembling of teeth.”

If YAHWEH had not refined us then we also would be BARELY DISCERNIBLE from the rest of the world just as gold started out before being refined, because you would be celebrating pagan holidays like them, eating unclean foods like them, dressing like them, and talking like them, you would look just like the rest of the world and therefore UNDISCERNIBLE from them.

2 Corinthians 6:17

“Wherefore come out from among them, and be SEPARATE, says YAHWEH, and TOUCH NOT THE UNCLEAN THING; and I will receive you, and will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, said YAHWEH Almigty.”

Leviticus 19:1-2

“And YAHWEH spoke to Moses, saying, speak to all the congregation of the children of Yisra’el and say to them, you shall be set-apart; for I YAHWEH your ELOHIM am set-apart.”

The scriptures that I will list below shows us that ELOHIM wants us go through the same refining process as gold to be set-apart from the world, so that we can become rare gold in His sight and not the abundance of brass, lead and clay that the earth produces. ELOHIM is also molding us physically and spiritually to stand for Him, to have unwavering faith regardless of what goes on this world, no matter the level of persecution and injustice, and not being swayed by every wind of doctrine. Remember, gold has to go through a TRIAL OF FIRE as the article mentioned to become a precious metal just as we have to be TRIED AS GOLD IN THE FURNANCE to become that precious stone that is pleasing in YAHWEH’s sight!

Sirach 2:1-5

“My son if you have come to serve YAHWEH prepare your souls for TRIALS. Set your heart aright and constantly endure and do not hurry in times of trouble. Cleave to Him and do not depart, that you may be increased at your last end. What is brought on you take cheerfully and be patient when you are changed to a low estate. FOR AS GOLD IS TRIED IN THE FIRE SO ACCEPTABLE MEN IN THE FURNANCE OF ADVERSITY.”!

Wisdom 3:1-6

“But the soul of the righteous are in the hand of ELOHIM and no torment shall touch them. In the sight of the unwise they seemed to die: and their departure is mistaken for misery, and their going from us to be utter destruction: but they are in peace. For though they are punished in the sight of men, yet their hope is full of immortality. And having been chastised a little, they shall be greatly rewarded: for ELOHIM proved them and found them WORTHY of Himself. AS GOLD IN THE FURNANCE HE HAS TRIED THEM AND RECEIVED them as a burnt offering.”

Zechariah 13:9

“And I will cause the third part to pass through the fire and will refine them as they refine silver, AND WILL TRY THEM AS THEY TRY GOLD; they shall call on My Name, and I will answer them; I will say, they are My people; and they shall say, YAHWEH is My ELOHIM.”

1 Peter 1:3-9

“Blessed be ELOHIM, the Father of our Master YESHUA HA’MASHIACH, Who by His abundant mercy has again renewed us spiritually to a lively hope by the resurrection of YESHUA HA’MASHIACH from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, that does not fade away and is prepared in heaven for you, while you kept by the power of ELOHIM through faith for the life eternal which is ready to be revealed at the last time. Wherein you will rejoice forever, though at the present you are sorrowful for a while, through DIVERSE TRIALS WHICH HAVE come upon you, so that the PROOF OF YOUR FAITH, being much more precious than REFINED GOLD which has been purified by FIRE, may be made manifest for the esteem and honor and praise at the appearing of YESHUA HA’MASHIACH,  Whom you have not seen, but Whom you yet love, and in whose faith you rejoice with exceeding joy that cannot be described; and you will receive the reward for your faith, even the salvation of your souls.”

 Go through the furnace of adversity to be tried as gold in the fire to test your faith which will bring forth endurance in all things, and you will come out on the other end as rare precious gold, and will be rewarded when YESHUA comes because He will have found you to be an obedient servant that endured until the end. Are you willing to go through the fire and trust YAHWEH without complaining or giving up? Or are you content with being lead that is abundant on the earth and has no value? That choice is yours and I pray that you give your lives completely to YESHUA and become sold out disciples of His. This is why James tells us:

James 1:2-3 (CJB)

“Regard it all as joy my brothers, when you face various kinds of trials; for you know that the testing of your trust produces perseverance. But let perseverance do its complete work; so that you may be complete and whole, lacking in nothing.”

The article also said this about the finished product of gold: “and it is cast into a beautiful bar that glitters like the sun.”

In the same way the finished product of the righteous, who are likened to rare precious gold will also shine like the sun:

Matthew 13:43

“Then the righteous ones will SHINE LIKE THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father. Whosever has ears to hear, let him obey.”

Daniel 12:3

“And those who have done good and the men of understanding shall SHINE as the brightness of the firmament; and those who have turned many to righteousness shall SHINE and stand like stars for ever and ever.”

2 Esdras 7:97 (order of the righteous)

“The sixth order, when it is shown to them how their face is TO SHINE LIKE THE SUN, and how they are to be made like THE LIGHT OF THE STARS, being incorruptible from then on.”

2 Baruch 51:10

“For on the summits of that world they will live, and they will be like the malachim (angels), and they will be deemed EQUAL TO THE STARS…”

YESHUA the Ultimate Sacrifice: part 2

Genesis 3:1-7

“Now the serpent was more subtle than all the wild beasts that YAHWEH ELOHIM had made. And the serpent said to the woman, Truly has ELOHIM said that you shall not eat of any tree of the garden? And the woman said to the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of all the trees of the garden; but the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, ELOHIM has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die. And the serpent said to the woman, you shall not surely die; for ELOHIM knows that in the day you eat of it, your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be like mighty ones, knowing good and evil. So when the women saw that the tree was good for food, and that was pleasant to the eyes, and that the tree was delightful to look at, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and she also gave to her husband with her; and he did eat. Then the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew they were naked; and they SEWED FIG LEAVES TOGETHER, AND MADE THEMSELVES APRONS.”

By Eve listening to the voice of Satan and Adam then listening to the voice of his wife versus what YAHWEH commanded, they made a covenant with death, and death and iniquity entered into the world. They went from being immortal to mortal.

Wisdom 2:23-24

“For ELOHIM created man to be immortal and made him to be an image of His own eternity. Nevertheless through the envy of Satan, death came into the world: and those that take his side find it.”

Eve saw that the tree was good for food and able to make one wise, so Satan makes iniquity look and feel good by tempting you, but the action is all yours as he cannot make you act.

James 1:13-15

“Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of ELOHIM; for ELOHIM cannot be tempted with evil, neither does He tempt any man; but every man is tempted by his own lust; he covets and is enticed. Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth iniquity; and iniquity when it has matured, bring forth death.”

As we see, Adam and Eve covered themselves with fig aprons which shows they tried to cover their own transgression, but we know that man cannot save themselves, we all need a Savior, and YAHWEH showed them that.

Genesis 3:21

“And YAHWEH ELOHIM made for Adam and for his wife COATS OF SKIN AND CLOTHED THEM.”

Man cannot cover his own transgressions only YAHWEH can, and it requires a blood sacrifice; therefore, an innocent animal had to be sacrificed in order to COVER THEIR TRANGRESSION and their nakedness.

Leviticus 17:11

“For the life of the flesh is in the blood; and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for yourselves; for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the SOUL.”

This was a foreshadow of YESHUA the innocent Lamb, The Son of YAHWEH, Who would be slain to COVER our iniquities.

Isaiah 53:9-10

“He made His grave with the wicked, and with the rich in His death, although He had done NO INIQUITY NEITHER WAS THERE ANY DECEIT IN HIS MOUTH. Yet it pleased YAHWEH to afflict Him; He has put Him to grief; He laid down His life as an offering for iniquity…”

Isaiah 61:10

“I will greatly rejoice in YAHWEH and my soul shall be joyful in my ELOHIM; for He has CLOTHED ME with the GARMENTS OF SALVATION, HE HAS COVERED ME WITH THE ROBE OF RIGHTOEUSNESS, as a bridegroom decks himself in splendor and as a bride adorns herself with jewels.”

The same way YAHWEH clothed Adam and Eve to COVER their transgressions is the same way YAHWEH has COVERED US with the blood of His Son YESHUA! He has clothed us with salvation as YESHUA literally means “YAHWEH is Salvation” AND He has covered us with a “ROBE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.” This is the same language that we see in Daniel:

Daniel 9:1-2

“In the first year of Darius, the son of Ahasuerus, a descendant of the Medes who became king over the realm of the Chaldeans, in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the scriptures the number of the years, seeing that the word of YAHWEH came to pass which the prophet Jeremiah said, that seventy years would elapse before the desolations of Jerusalem would come to an end.”

So Daniel fasted and prayed in sackcloth and Ashes to our ELOHIM to determine when the 70 years of Babylonian captivity would be over for he knew the 70 years was almost up according to Jeremiah’s prophecy. Then Gabriel comes to Daniel and answers him, but instead of showing him the release from Babylonian captivity he shows Daniel a release from another captivity, which is the release of our iniquities through YESHUA!

Daniel 9:23-24

“At the beginning of your prayer, the word came forth and I have come to make it known to you, for you are greatly beloved; therefore discern the matter, and understand the vision. Seventy times seven weeks are determined upon your people and upon your set-apart city, TO FINISH THE TRANGRESSIONS AND TO MAKE AN END OF INIQUITIES AND FOR THE FORGIVNESS OF THE INIQUITY AND TO BRING IN EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS and to fulfill the vison of the prophets and to give the most set-apart to Messiah.” Verse 26 After sixty-two times seven weeks, Messiah shall be SLAIN…”

Notice how Gabriel says to fulfill the vison of the prophets? One of the prophets was Isaiah which I quoted from Isaiah 53 which is clearly YESHUA and also Isaiah 61:10. Isaiah and Gabriel both say that YESHUA’s sacrifice would bring forgiveness of iniquities and EVERLASTING RIGHTOUSNESS, meaning that the blood of YESHUA would make many righteous who believe in Him.

Isaiah 61:10

“I will greatly rejoice in YAHWEH and my soul shall be joyful in my ELOHIM; for He has CLOTHED ME with the GARMENTS OF SALVATION, HE HAS COVERED ME WITH THE ROBE OF RIGHTOEUSNESS.”

Isaiah 53:10-11 (Dead Sea Scrolls Bible)

“Yet YAHWEH was willing to crush Him, and He made Him suffer. Although You make His soul an offering for iniquity and He will see His offspring and He will prolong His days, and the will of YAHWEH will triumph in His hand. Out of THE SUFFERING OF HIS SOUL HE WILL SEE LIGHT and find satisfaction. And through His knowledge His Servant, the RIGHTEOUS ONE, will MAKE MANY RIGHTEOUS AND HE WILL BEAR THEIR INIQUITIES.”

Romans 5:11-19

“And not only so, but we also esteem in ELOHIM through our Master YESHUA HA’MASHIACH, by Whom we have now received reconciliation.” Verse 16-19 “And the effect of the gift of ELOHIM was greater than the effect of the offence of Adam; for while the judgement from one man’s offence resulted in condemnation of many, the gift of ELOHIM in forgiveness of iniquities resulted in RIGHTEOUSNESS to many more. For if by one man’s offence, death reigned, how much more those who receive abundance of mercy and of the gift of RIGHTEOUSNESS shall reign in life by One, YESHUA HA’MASHIACH. In like manner as by one man’s offence, condemnation came upon all men, even so by the RIGHTEOUSNESS of one Man will the victory to life be to ALL MEN. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made transgressors, so by the obedience of one Man shall many be made RIGHTEOUS.”

2 Corinthians 5:20-21

“Now then we are ambassadors for Messiah, as through ELOHIM did beseech you by us; we beseech you for Messiah, be reconciled to ELOHIM. For He who did not know iniquity, for your sakes made Himself an iniquity offering, that we may through Him be MADE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF ELOHIM.”

1 Peter 2:24

“And He (YESHUA) bore all our iniquities and lifted them with His body on the stake, that we, being dead to iniquity, should live through HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS; and by His wounds you were healed.”

1 Corinthians 15:20-22

“But now we know Messiah is risen from the dead and become the first-fruits of those who have died. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as In Adam all die, even so in Messiah shall all be made alive.”

Resurrection

I also want to elaborate on the rest of Isaiah 53:10 from the Dead Sea Scrolls which brings more insight:

“Out of His suffering of His soul He shall see light” is a prophecy that YESHUA be crucified, buried, and His soul would be taken from Sheol and return back to His body and be resurrected on the third day; therefore, His soul will see LIGHT. For all of those who say Isaiah 53 is not about YESHUA have been proven wrong by this ancient witness.

Sheol is a holding tank underneath the earth where all the souls of men go when they die to await judgement.

Psalms 16:10

“For You have left NOT MY SOUL IN SHEOL; neither have You suffered Your Set-Apart One to see corruption.”

Matthew 16:21

“And from that day and further on, He began to announce to His disciples that it was obligated that He should go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things by the scribes and by the chief priests, and die and STAND UP ALIVE ON THE THIRD DAY.”

1 Peter 3:18-19

“For Messiah also once suffered for our iniquities, a just Man for transgressors, that He might bring you to ELOHIM, wherefore while He died in the flesh, He lives in the Spirit. And He (YESHUA) preached to the SOULS IMPRISIONED IN SHEOL; those who in the past were disobedient; and in the days of Noah when the Spirit of ELOHIM had patience, He commanded an ark to be made in the hope of their repentance, but only eight souls entered into it, and were saved by its floating upon the water.”

Acts 2:22-36 (Aramaic English New Testament)

“Men of Yisra’el, hear these words: YESHUA HA’MASHIACH, a Man, who by ELOHIM was shown to you with miracles and with signs and with acts of power, those that ELOHIM did among you by His hand as you know. This Man, who was Set-Apart for this, by the foreknowledge and will of ELOHIM, you delivered into the hands of the people who were without ELOHIM and you nailed upon a stake and killed! But ELOHIM loosed the cords of SHEOL and RAISED HIM because it was not possible that He be held in Sheol. For David spoke concerning Him, I FORESAW MY MASTER, for at all times He is at my right hand so that I will not be moved. Because of this my heart rejoices and my praise flourishes and also my body dwells in hope. Because you will not leave MY SOUL IN SHEOL, AND NEITHER WILL YOU ALLOW YOUR RIGHTEOUS ONE TO SEE CORRUPTION. You have revealed the road of life to me, You will fill me with gladness with your presence. Men, our brothers, allow me to speak boldly with you concerning the Patriarch David, who is dead and also buried, and whose grave is with us until today. For he was a prophet, and he had known that oaths that ELOHIM had sworn to him, that, of the fruit of your loins I will establish a King upon your throne. And he FORESAW and spoke concerning the RESURECCTION OF THE MESSIAH, THAT HE WAS NOT LEFT IN SHEOL, NOR DID HIS BODY SEE CORRUPTION. This YESHUA ELOHIM raised, and we are all of His witnesses. And this is He who is exalted at the right hand of ELOHIM, and received the promise from the Father concerning the RUACH HA’KODESH. And He has poured out this gift, which behold you see and hear. For it was not that David did ascend into Heaven, because he said, ‘Master YAHWEH said to My Master (YESHUA), sit Yourself at My right hand until I place your enemies as a footstool to Your feet. Truly therefore let all of the house of Yisra’el know that Master YAHWEH has made this YESHUA whom you have crucified both ELOHIM AND MESSIAH.”

YESHUA was anointed to be slain from the foundation of the world

As Isaiah 53:10 tells us from the Dead Sea Scrolls through YAHWEH’s knowledge meaning is foreknowledge (See: Isaiah 46:10 He declared the end from the beginning)  that His Servant the Righteous One, which is a reference to His Son YESHUA would die as the perfect sacrificial Lamb and in doing so make many righteous and bear our iniquities.

Genesis in Hebrew is Bereshit which means “In the beginning” the very first word describes what YESHUA would come to do for us.

Bereshit: Beyt, Resh, Aleph, Sheen, Yod, Taw which means The Son of the Highest EL shall be destroyed by His own hand on the stake.”

1 Peter 1:19-21

“But with the precious blood of the Lamb without blemish and without spot which is Messiah, Who verily was FORORDAINED for this purpose BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, and was manifest in these last times for your sakes, Who by Him you believe in ELOHIM, Who raised Him up from the dead and gave Him esteem, that your faith and hope might rest on ELOHIM.”

Last week we discussed that the ram caught in the thicket by its horns represented YESHUA hanging from the execution stake. And how Abraham sacrificed the ram as a substitute instead of Isaac just as YESHUA took our place and was our substitute! We see YESHUA was foreordained from the beginning to be slain for the world, just as the ram was that Abraham offered up in Genesis 22.

Jasher 23:70-71

“And Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw, and behold, a ram was caught in a thicket by his horns; that WAS THE RAM WHICH YAHWEH ELOHIM HAD CREATED IN THE EARTH IN THE DAY THAT HE MADE THE EARTH AND THE HEAVENS. FOR YAHWEH ELOHIM HAD PREPARED THIS RAM FROM THAT DAY, TO BE A ASCENION (BURNT OFFERING) INSTEAD OF ISAAC.”

We all have gone astray:

We see that from the very beginning from the fall of man that we have needed a Savior because we all have fallen short, which again takes us right back to the coats of skin that YAHWEH covered them with. Are you covered with the blood of YESHUA? If not, it’s time to accept Him as your Savior and be covered with His righteousness, because without His blood you will be found guilty and will have to bear the wrath of your own iniquities! YESHUA died because we broke the commandments of a set-apart ELOHIM, so we cannot go on continuing to break His laws when that is the reason why He died. The commandments we do out of obedience because it is how we know Him and love Him.

Enoch 81:5

“And those seven set-apart ones brought me and placed me on the earth before the door of my house, and said to me. “Declare everything to your son Methuselah, and show all your children THAT NO FLESH IS RIGHTEOUS IN THE SIGHT OF THE MASTER, for He is their Creator.

Romans 3:23

“For ALL HAVE TRANGRESSED AND ARE SHORT OF THE ESTEEM OF ELOHIM…”

Isaiah 53:6

“All we like sheep HAVE STRAYED; we have turned every one to his own way, and YAHWEH has laid on Him the iniquities of US ALL.”

1 Peter 2:24-25

“And he bore ALL OUR INIQUITIES and lifted them with His body on the stake, that we, being dead to iniquity, should live through His righteousness; and by His wounds you are healed. For you had gone astray like sheep, but you have now returned to the Shepherd and the Guardian of your souls.”

Ultimate sacrifice: YESHUA and Isaac parallels!

Genesis 22:1-2

“And it came to pass after these things that ELOHIM tested Abraham and said to him, Abraham. And he said, behold, here I am. And He said, take now your SON, YOUR ONLY SON ISAAC, whom you LOVE, and go to the land of the Amorites (Samaritan says: land of Moriah); and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I tell you.”

YAHWEH says to Abraham take your son your ONLY SON Isaac whom you LOVE which parallels YAHWEH and His Son YESHUA:

John 3:16 (Hebrew)

“For EL loves the world so much that He gave His ONLY SON-one alone begotten-to the world; in order that He who believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.”

Jubilees 18:15

“And He said, “By Myself have I sworn, says YAHWEH. Because you have done this thing, and have not withhold your son, your BELOVED son, from Me, that in blessing I will bless you…”

Matthew 3:16-17 (Hebrew)

“And immediately-when YESHUA MASHIACH was immersed and came out of the water- the heavens were opened, and RUACH HA’KODESH (The Set-Apart Spirit) descended on Him in the form of a dove. And there came a voice from heaven, and said, “This is My Son, MY BELOVED, He is pleasing to Me.”

In Moriah:

Genesis 22:2

And He said, take now your SON YOUR ONLY SON ISAAC, whom you LOVE, and go to the land of the Amorites (Samaritan says: land of MORIAH); and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I tell you.”

2 Chronicles 3:1

“Then Solomon began to build the house of YAHWEH in Jerusalem on MOUNT MORIAH…”

So technically Abraham was about to sacrifice his son in the place where Solomon would build the Temple in the future, Abraham was basically offering Isaac as a burnt offering in the temple before it even existed. Adding to this layer is www.dlftx.org states “according to many scholars, Golgotha and the ancient site of MOUNT MORIAH may be the same area. In other words, scholars believe that YESHUA may have been crucified near Moriah or its summit.”

If the scholars are correct then that means that Isaac was offered up in Moriah and so was YESHUA. And we know YESHUA gave Himself up for us an iniquity offering:

Ephesians 5:2

“And walk in love, as Messiah also has loved us, and gave Himself for us, a gift and an offering to ELOHIM for a sweet-smelling fragrance.”

Even more powerful are the words YESHUA spoke concerning the Temple:

Matthew 12:5-6 (Hebrew)

“And have you yourselves never read in the law that the priests at times break the Shabbats in the Sanctuary with no iniquity? Truth I say to you that HE WHO IS HERE, HE IS GREATER THAN THE SANCTUARY.”

The location of the temple and connections to it are amazing, but YESHUA is greater than the Temple because He is the Master of that very temple that the priests served in and where the sacrifices occurred, in other words YESHUA was stating that He is ELOHIM.

Resurrection:

Genesis 22:4

“And on the THIRD DAY Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw the place afar off.”

Hebrews 11:17-19 (Aramaic)

“By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, he LIFTED UPON THE ALTAR his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, even that very one who had been received in the promise, of whom it was said, in Isaac shall your descendants be called; and he reasoned in himself, it is possible for ELOHIM even to RAISE THE DEAD; and because of this, Isaac was given to him as a TYPE.”

Hebrews states that Abraham offered up his son Isaac by lifting him upon the altar, just as we know YESHUA was lifted up on the execution stake:

John12:31-32

“Now is the judgment of the world, now the prince of the world will be cast outside. When I, I will be LIFTED UP FROM THE EARTH, I will draw all to Myself.”

John 8:25-28 (Hebrew)

“Then they said to Him “You, who are you?” So YESHUA answered and said to them, “THE ANICENT ONE, Who speaks many things unto you, and speaks of you, and judges. But He who sent Me, is true, and I, the words which I hear from Him, them I speak in the world.” But they did not realize what He told them-that EL is His Father. So YESHUA said to them, “After you have LIFTED UP the Son of Man you will realize that I AM HE, and that I do nothing of Myself-only as the Father teaches Me, to speak these things.”

So, Abraham offered up Isaac on the third day probably expecting that Isaac would be raised from the dead on that same day, this was a TYPE a foreshadow of YESHUA because YESHUA knew that He would die and be raised from the dead on the third day.

Matthew 16:21

“And from that day and further on, He (YESHUA) began to announce to His disciples that it was obligated that He should go into Jerusalem, and suffer many things by the scribes and by the chief priests, and DIE, AND STAND UP ALIVE ON THE THIRD DAY.”

The sons obey their fathers

Jasher 22:43-44

“And Isaac answered Ishmael, saying, “Why do you boast to me about this, about a little bit of your flesh which took from your body; concerning which YAHWEH commanded you? As YAHWEH lives, the ELOHIM of my father Abraham, if YAHWEH should say to my father, “Take now your son Isaac and offer him as an ascension offering before Me,” I would not refrain but I would joyfully do it.”

John 10:17-18

“Because of this the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that He might take it up again. And no man takes that life, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to leave it, and I have power to take it up again. This commandment have I received from My Father.”

Isaac was willingly ready to lay down his life joyfully for YAHWEH and Abraham believed that he would be raised from the dead, just as YESHUA willingly laid down His life knowing that He would be raised from the dead. We see the son obeying the father to the point of death in both situations, but Abraham’s son was spared.

Carrying the stake

Genesis 22:6

“And Abraham took the WOOD for the burnt offering and LAID IT UPON ISAAC HIS SON, and He took the fire in his hand, and they went both of them together.”

John 19:16-17 (Hebrew)

“So Caesar’s authority delivered YESHUA to them that they could hang Him up. Then the Jews took YESHUA and led Him out. And YESHUA- CARRYING THE WARP AND WOOF (Executions stake)- went to a place which is called Calvary, (which is Golgotha in Hebrew.)

Isaac was made to carry the wood that he would be offered on as YESHUA was made to carry the stake that He would be offered up on!

Where is the lamb?

Genesis 22:7-8

“And Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, My father. And he answered, here I am, my son. And Isaac said, behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering? And Abraham said, ELOHIM will provide Himself a lamb for a burnt offering, my son. So they went both of them together.”

The words that Isaac spoke to his brother Ishmael has become a reality and was still willing to be bound up and offered. The Remez the hint to a deeper spiritual meaning here is that YAHWEH did provide a spotless Lamb in His Son YESHUA who was offered up as an iniquity offering for us all.

John 1:29

“On the next day John saw YESHUA coming toward him, and said, “See, the LAMB OF ELOHIM who takes away the iniquities of the world.”

Laid on the wood:

Genesis 22:9

“And they came to place of which ELOHIM had told him; and Abraham built an altar there and laid the wood in order and BOUND ISAAC. His son and laid him on the altar upon the WOOD.”

“And He took away all our iniquities and, in His body, lifted them to the STAKE, that we, when dead to transgression, might live by His righteousness: for by His wounds we are healed.”

Isaac was laid upon the wood to be sacrificed, but he was spared. YESHUA was laid upon the wood of the execution stake as was put to death.

“Yet it pleased YAHWEH to afflict Him (YESHUA); He has put Him to grief; He laid down His life as an OFFERING FOR INIQUITY…”

Abraham the father of Isaac was getting ready to slay his own son but was stopped from doing so. However, YAHWEH the Father loves the world so much that He crushed His own Son! Both fathers were going through with the act to crush their sons; however, YAHWEH went through with the act but He spared Abraham from doing. This is the ultimate act of love of the Creator dying for His Creation.

Ram in the thicket symbolism

Genesis 22:13

“And Abraham lifted up his eyes and looked and behold a ram caught in a thicket by his HORNS; and Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son.”

Isaac needed a substitute for a sacrifice as we all do and was given a ram to take his place, the same way YESHUA traded places with us.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (Aramaic English New Testament)

“For, on YOUR ACCOUNT, He (YAHWEH) has made Him (YESHUA) who knew no iniquity to be a iniquity OFFERING that we might by Him become the righteousness of ELOHIM.”

Romans 3:23

“For ALL have transgressed and are short of the esteem of ELOHIM.”

Hebrews 9:12-14

“And He did not enter with the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered in once into the set-apart place, and obtained for us EVERLASTING SALVATION. For if the blood of goats and calves and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who were defiled cleansed them even to the cleansing of their flesh, how much more will the blood of Messiah, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to ELOHIM, purify our conscience from dead works so that we may serve the living ELOHIM? For this cause He became the mediator of the New Covenant and by His death He became salvation for those who transgressed the old covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of eternal inheritance.”

And the ram hanging by the horns to be offered as a sacrifice is symbolic of YESHUA hanging from the stake/tree as an offering for the world.

“The ELOHIM of our forefathers raised YESHUA, He Whom you killed when you HUNG HIM ON THE TREE.” Him this one ELOHIM has established a Prince and a Savior, and He has exalted Him by His right hand so that He might give of forgiveness to Yisra’el by repentance of iniquities.”

What does a horn represent in scripture?

As we saw above that the ram hanging by the horns is symbolic of YESHUA on the execution stake, but do the horns give us extra meaning in connection to YESHUA?

The horn can represent power and strength

Luke 1:69

“And He has raised up a HORN OF SALVATION for us in the house of His servant David.”

Deuteronomy 33:17

“His esteem is like the firstlings of the bullocks, and his HORNS are like the HORNS of a wild-ox…”

Aleph in Hebrew Otiot is a picture of an Ox head which represents YAHWEH, strength and power.

So, YESHUA is “Salvation of Strength” as He took on the iniquities of the world! And “Strong Savior” because He will take the government on His shoulders and rule as King and Priest.

Isaiah 9:6 (Aramaic)

“For to us a child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder: and His Name is called Wonderful Counsellor, The Mighty One, The Everlasting EL, the Prince of Peace.”

Luke 1:32

“He (YESHUA) will be great, and He will be called the Son of the Highest; and YAHWEH ELOHIM will give Him the throne of His Father David. And He will rule over the house of Jacob forever; and there will be no limit to His kingdom.”

Horn also represents exaltation, triumph and honor:

Psalm 89:17

“For You art the esteem of our strength; and in thy favor our HORN SHALL BE EXALTED.”

YESHUA’s triumph over death being crucified and rising on the third day saves humanity! And He will receive the honor and will reign.

Revelation 5:11

“And I looked, and I heard as it were the voice of many malachim (angels) round about the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and their number was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and esteem and blessing. And every creature which is in the heaven and on the earth and under the earth and all that are in the sea and all that are in them, I heard saying, to Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and esteem and dominion for ever and ever.”

Daniel 7:13-14

“I saw in the night visions, and behold one like the Son of man came upon the clouds of heaven, and came upon the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought Him before Him. And there was given to Him dominion and esteem and a Kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him; His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom is one that shall not be destroyed.”

Philippians 2:9-11

“Therefore ELOHIM also has highly EXALTED Him and given Him a Name which is above every Name, that at the Name of YESHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, of those on earth, and those under the earth, and every tongue shall confess that YESHUA HA’MASHIACH is the Master, to the esteem of ELOHIM His Father.”

As we see our Father YAHWEH from the very beginning was pointing to His Son YESHUA! He laid out for us in Genesis 22 that He would give His only-begotten Son as an iniquity offering for the world, all while sparing Abrahams son Isaac. All the animal sacrifices, the Levitical priesthood, and the entire Old Covenant were types and shadows that pointed to the ultimate sacrifice in His Son YESHUA who is EL, King, Priest, and Prophet. Understand that without the blood that He shed to atone for your iniquities you will not be saved, accept Him as your Savior today.

Sukkot Instructions 2022: For all followers of YESHUA!

After Yom Kippur is Sukkot the Feast of Tabernacles which occurs on October 5th which is equivalent to the 15th Day of the 7th Month on YAHWEH’s calendar and is a High Shabbat a (no work day). Sukkot is celebrated for 7 days ending on the October 11th. Then immediately afterwards on October 12th is the 8th Day Closing Assembly a NO WORK DAY! So in summary we are to do no work on the 1st Day and the 8th Day because they are Shabbat’s (October 5th and October 12th.)

Sukkot the Feast of Tabernacles is the true thanksgiving however, Satan has attempted to copy YAHWEH as he usually does, and he has the world rejecting YAHWEH’S days with a pagan substitute. There is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9) as we see the world walking in the ways of Jeroboam son of Nebat, just as many of the wicked kings of Yisra’el did. He mocked YAHWEH’s Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles by making his own day EXACTLY ONE MONTH after YAHWEH’s. It’s time to get away from the false thanksgiving that the world celebrates and follow YAHWEH’s true Thanksgiving which is Sukkot the Feast of Tabernacles, followers of YESHUA don’t need TWO THANKSGIVINGS, the only one that needs to be celebrated is the one found in the kodesh (set-apart) scriptures.

1 Kings 12:32

“And Jeroboam performed a FESTIVAL on the FIFTEENTH DAY OF THE EIGHTH MONTH, LIKE THE FESTIVAL THAT WAS IN JUDAH (SUKKOT)FEAST OF TABERNACLES…”

Leviticus 23:34:

'Speak to the children of Yisra’el saying, 'On the FIFTEENTH DAY OF THE SEVENTH MONTH IS THE FESTIVAL OF SUKKOT/Chag HaSukot (Feast of Tabernacles) begins, and it lasts for seven days.

This alone should be an eye opener! Also, the modern thanksgiving has connections with harvest deities which is a direct transgression against our ELOHIM.

Abraham was the first to celebrate Sukkot

Jubilees 16:20-31

“And he built BOOTHS (Sukkah) for himself and for his servants on this Festival, and he was the FIRST to celebrate the FESTIVAL OF SUKKOT on the earth. Verse 25-31 “And he blessed his Creator who had created him in his generation, for He had created him according to His good pleasure; for He knew and perceived that from him would arise the Branch of Righteousness (YESHUA) for the everlasting generations, and from him a SET APART SEED, so that it should become like Him who had made all matters (YAHWEH). And he blessed and REJOICED, and he called the name of this Festival the Festival of YAHWEH, a joy acceptable to the Most High EL. And we blessed him forever, and all his seed after him throughout all the generations of the earth, because he celebrated this Festival in its season, according to the witness of the tablets of the heavens. For this reason it is ordained on the tablets of the heavens concerning Yisra’el, that they SHOULD CELEBRATE THE FESTIVAL OF SUKKOT SEVEN DAYS WITH JOY (Leviticus 23:40 REJOICE), in the seventh month, acceptable before YAHWEH-a Law FOREVER, throughout their generations every year. And to this there is NO LIMIT OF DAYS; for it is ordained FOREVER regarding Yisra’el that they should celebrate it and DWELL IN BOOTHS, and put wreaths upon their heads, and take leafy BRANCHES, and willows of the stream. And Abraham took branches of palm trees, and the fruit of good trees, and every day going round the altar with the branches seven times in the morning, he praised and gave thanks to his ELOHIM for all matters in JOY.”

That is exactly what YAHWEH commands in Leviticus 23:39-42:

On the first day you are to take choice fruit from the trees, and palm trees, twigs of leafy trees, and willows of the stream, and REJOICE before YAHWEH your ELOHIM for seven days. Celebrate this as a festival to YAHWEH for seven days each year-a LAW forever in your generations; celebrate it in the seventh month. Live in booths for seven days: All native-born Israelites are to live in booths so your descendants will know that I had the Israelites live in booths when I brought them out of Egypt. I am YAHWEH your ELOHIM.”

For anyone who is still undecided about whether you should be celebrating these Appointed Times/Feast days of YAHWEH, I would like you to consider this:

Galatians 3:27-29

“For as many of you as were immersed (baptized) into Messiah, have put on Messiah. There is not Jew nor Greek (Aramean in Aramaic), there is not male and female, for you are all ONE in Messiah YESHUA. And if you are of Messiah, then you are seed of Abraham, and heirs according to promise.”

If we belong to YESHUA and we are the seed of Abraham and heirs according to the promise then are you doing what Abraham did? He was the first to celebrate Sukkot just as we all, and he kept the commandments, so shouldn’t you do as Abraham did?

John 8:39

“They answered, saying, to Him, our own father is Abraham. YESHUA said to them, “If you were the sons of Abraham, you would be doing the works of Abraham.”

Genesis 26:5

“Because Abraham obeyed My voice and guarded My Charge: My Commands, My Laws, and My Torah.”

Sukkot details:

We are commanded to dwell in a sukkah which is a booth or hut. A sukkah is a temporary dwelling topped with foliage, limbs, branches, and other materials to provide shade while living outdoors or even camping out in a tent.

Leviticus 23:34-44 (Aramaic):

'Speak to the children of Yisrael saying, 'On the fifteenth day of the seventh month is YAHWEH'S Festival of Sukkot/Chag HaSukot (Feast of Tabernacles) begins, and it lasts for seven days. The FIRST DAY is a set-apart gathering; DO NO SERVILE WORK. For seven days present offerings made to YAHWEH by fire, and on the EIGHTH DAY hold a set-apart gathering and present an offering made to YAHWEH by fire. It is a closing Festival, YOU DO NO SERVILE WORK.”

YAHWEH continues in verse 39 by saying: 'But on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, after you have gathered the produce of the land, you shall celebrate the feast to YAHWEH for seven days; the first day is a suspension of labor (no work day, October 5th), and the eighth day also is a solemn rest (no work day, October 12th). And you shall take for yourselves on the first day, the fruits of goodly trees, citron, branches of palm trees, myrtle, and willows of the brook; and you shall REJOICE before YAHWEH your ELOHIM for seven days ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE HOUSE OF YISRA’EL (Native-born and those grafted in). And you shall keep this feast to YAHWEH for seven days in the year. It is a STATUE FOR EVER THROUGHOUT YOUR GENERATIONS; you shall celebrate it in the seventh month. You shall dwell in huts seven days; ALL THE HOUSE OF YISRA’EL SHALL DWELL IN HUTS (BOOTHS). That your generations may know that I made the children of Yisra’el to dwell in huts (booths) when I brought them out of the land of Egypt; I am YAHWEH your ELOHIM.”

Numbers 29:12-35 (Aramaic)

“And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month you have a set-apart gathering, you do NO MANNER OF HARD WORK, and you shall keep a FEAST to YAHWEH seven days, and you shall bring near a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, a SWEET FRAGRANCE to YAHWEH: thirteen young bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs a year old, perfect ones they are, and their grain offering: fine flour mixed with oil, three-tenth parts for each of the thirteen bulls, two-tenth parts for each of the two rams, and one-tenth part for each of the fourteen lambs, and one male goat as a iniquity offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering. (The number of bulls decrease by “one” each day) verse 32 Then on the seventh day: seven bulls, two rams, fourteen lambs a year old, perfect ones…” Verse 35 “On the EIGHTH DAY you shall have a solemn assembly, you shall do NO MANNER OF HARD WORK; but you shall offer burnt offerings, a sacrifice made by fire, of a SWEET SAVOR TO YAHWEH, one bullock, one ram, and four lambs of the first year without blemish…”

As with all the animal sacrifices that are mentioned in the Old Covenant including all of those on the Appointed Times/Feast Days, we have been given a gift by our Father YAHWEH in YESHUA Who is the Lamb of YAHWEH who takes away the iniquities of the world and offered Himself with His blood and not the blood of bulls and goats. YESHUA fulfills the animal offerings for us with His blood and is the sweet fragrance that YAHWEH mentions:

Ephesians 5:2

“And walk in love, as Mashiach (Messiah) also has loved us, and gave Himself for us, a gift and an offering to YAHWEH for a SWEET-SMELLING FRAGRANCE.”

Hebrews 9:12-14

More on Sukkot:

Mathew 17:1-4 (Hebrew)

“And after six days YESHUA took Peter, and James, and John his brother, and brought them up onto one exceeding high mountain, the figure (His figure)  was changed before them, and the form of His face shone like the sun, and His garment was like snow. Then Moses and Elijah appeared to Him, talking with Him. And Peter said to YESHUA, “My Master, it is good for us to be here. If You want, let us make here three TENTS, one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

As we see Peter knew the importance of the tent/booth/sukkah and wanted to build one for all three of them.

Hosea 12:9 (Aramaic)

“But I am YAHWEH your ELOHIM since the land of Egypt, again I shall make you dwell in TENTS as in the days of the SOLEMN FEASTS.”

Genesis 33:17 (Samaritan)

“And Jacob departed to Sakkoota (Sukkot), and built himself a house, and made BOOTHS (Sukkah) for his livestock. That is why the name of the place is called Sukkote.”

Jonah 4:5 (Aramaic)

“So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the east side of the city, and there made a BOOTH (Sukkah) for himself, and sat under it in the shade to see what would happen to the city.”

The word booth in both Genesis 33 and Jonah 4:5 is the same word in Strong’s #5521 which is “Sukkah” pronounced (soo-kah) a shelter, or temporary dwelling.” The same sukkah we are dwell in for 7 days.

How are we to celebrate this Feast?

We can look to how the Israelites celebrated Sukkot the Feast of Tabernacles in the days of Nehemiah when they returned from Babylonian exile and studying the scriptures to walk in Torah as we are commanded.

Nehemiah 8:13-18 (Aramaic)

"On the second day were gathered together the chiefs of all the fathers of all the people, the priests and the Levites, to Ezra the scribe, to understand from him the word of the Torah. And they found it written in the Torah which YAHWEH had commanded by Moses that the children of Yisra’el should DWELL IN BOOTHS (Sukkah) in the FEAST of the month of October (Reference to the month of the Feast of Tabernacles). And that they should hear everything which Moses wrote in the book of the Torah; and the heralds proclaimed throughout all the towns and in Jerusalem, saying, Go up to the mountain and bring olive BRANCHES and walnut BRANCHES and PALM BRANCHES and BRANCHES of CITRONS AND BRANCHES of willow trees, and make BOOTHS, as it is written in the Book of the Torah of Moses.” So the people went forth and brought them, and made themselves BOOTHS, everyone upon the roof of his house and in their courts and in the court of the house of YAHWEH and in the street of the water gate and in the street of the gate of Ephraim. And all the people of those who had returned from the captivity made BOOTHS AND DWELT IN THE BOOTHS; for since the days of Yeho’shua (Joshua) the son of Nun to that day the children of Yisra’el had not done so. And there was VERY GREAT GLADNESS. Also day by day, from the first day to the last day, they read in the book of the Torah of YAHWEH. And they CELEBRATED THE FEAST FOR SEVEN DAYS; AND ON THE EIGHTH DAY WAS A SOLMEN ASSEMBLY, ACCORDING TO THAT WHICH IS WRITTEN.”

So we see that Abraham in his day and those who came back from Babylonian exile followed the exact came command of Leviticus 23 which is to REJOICE, DWELL IN BOOTHS FOR 7 DAYS, AND TAKE PALM BRANCHES, LEAFY BRANCHES, WILLOWS OF THE STEAM AND BLESS YAHWEH and hold an assembly on the 8th day. This is the perfect time to make a huge feast, cookout, eat and rejoice! If the world has the mindset to celebrate big on their pagan holidays, then it is our duty to show the world that YAHWEH’s Appointed Times are greater and to be celebrated with joy.

 It’s interesting to note the connection with branches with those that will be standing before YESHUA! They overcame the world and suffering and now will get to rejoice with branches similar to Sukkot.

Revelation 7:9 (Hebrew)

“And after this I saw a great company which one is not able to number, from all the nations standing before the throne and before the Lamb, and they were clothed in white garments, and in their hands were BRANCHES, and they cried out with a great voice and said, “Salvation belongs to YAHWEH and to the Lamb!”

Is the Sukkot/Chag HaSukot: The Feast of Tabernacles important?

Yes! Look not further than this prophetic scripture.

Zechariah 14:16-19 (Aramaic):

“Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, YAHWEH Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Sukkot/Chag HaSukot (Feast of Tabernacles). And it shall be, whosoever will not come up of ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH to Jerusalem to worship the King, YAHWEH of Hosts, they will have no rain. If the FAMILY OF EGYPT (Egyptian people) do not go up and not come the plague with which YAHWEH will smite the nations that DO NOT COME UP TO KEEP THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES.  This shall be the punishment of EGYPT AND THE PUNISHMENT OF ALL NATIONS THAT DO NOT COME UP TO KEEP THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES.”

As explained in an older messaged titled “Are we rehearsing on earth for what is to come?” We saw that everything we do on earth is a dress rehearsal for the finale and that believers have twisted what Paul was really saying in Colossians 2:16-17! Paul was saying in the Aramaic English New Testament, Let no pagan (unbeliever) judge you for KNOWING THE TRUTH! So we see that when YESHUA comes to reign for 1,000 years on the earth that ALL NATIONS including the Egyptian will have to come up to Jerusalem to celebrate The Festival of Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) or have no rain and plagues. This points exactly to what Paul was saying about the Festivals being “a prophetic shadow of what is to come.” If the entire world will have to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles when YESHUA returns, then how is the law done away with? Or if the law just for the Jews, then why do the ALL NATIONS including the Egyptians having to celebrate it? We know the Egyptians are not native-born Israelites/Jews.

Isaiah 2:2-3 (The 1,000 reign of YESHUA)

“And it shall come to pass in the LAST DAYS, that the mountain of YAHWEH’s house shall be established above the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and ALL NATIONS SHALL LOOK TO IT. And many people shall go and say, Come, let us to up to the mountain of YAHWEH, to the house of the ELOHIM of Jacob; and HE WILL TEACH US OF HIS WAYS (Psalms 119:1, Psalms 103:7), and we will walk in His PATHS: for out of Zion shall go forth the TORAH, and the word of YAHWEH from Jerusalem.”

Micah 4:1-7

“But it shall come to pass in the LATTER DAYS that the mountain of the house of YAHWEH shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and all the people shall gather to it. And many nations shall come and say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of YAHWEH, and to the house of the ELOHIM of Jacob; and He will TEACH US OF HIS WAYS, and we will walk in His paths; for the TORAH shall go forth out of Zion, and the word of YAHWEH from Jerusalem. And He shall judge between many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into sickles; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore. But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and there shall be none to harm them; for the mouth of YAHWEH of hosts has spoken it. For all people will walk everyone in the name of his mighty one, and we will walk in the Name of YAHWEH our ELOHIM for ever and ever. In that day, says YAHWEH, I will gather those who are afar off, and I will bring near those who have been driven out and those whom I have afflicted. And I will make those who have been driven out a remnant, and those who are afar off a strong nation; and YAHWEH SHALL REIGN OVER THEM IN MOUNT ZION from henceforth, even forever.”

During the 1,000 year reign of YESHUA the Torah will still be kept and we see the nations going up to Jerusalem to learn it because it is YAHWEH’s WAYS! The Feast of Tabernacles is the same feast found in the Torah (Leviticus 23) so this is more proof that the Torah is not away with.

Just like when you go camping, you have to pitch a tent to dwell in just like we have to pitch a tent/booth/succah to dwell in during Sukkot the Feast of Tabernacles. So we can see the symbolism and importance of this celebration.

Revelation 21:3

“And I heard a loud voice from the heavens saying, “See, the BOOTH OF ELOHIM is with men, and He shall dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and ELOHIM Himself shall be with them and be their ELOHIM.”

Numbers 1:52

“And the children of Yisra’el shall PITCH THEIR TENTS, everyone by his own CAMP, everyone by his own banner, according to their divisions.”

The Feast of Tabernacles is a foreshadow of YESHUA coming to pitch His tent with us and dwell with us when He returns. He will be our ELOHIM and we will be His people. So let us make every effort to be obedient and rejoice to the King for seven days, dwell in tents/booths and not working on the first and eighth day, HalleluYAH!

Yom Kippur: The Day of Atonement 2022!

The second of the Fall Appointed Times (Moedim) commanded by YAHWEH is Yom Kippur on which is September 30th which means it begins on September 29th at sundown to September 30th sundown which is the most set-apart (Kodesh) Day of the year, Yom ha’kippurim (Yom Kippur) The Day of Atonement. Make sure you do NO WORK on this day as it is a Shabbat Shabbaton a day for complete rest, complete stopping and ceasing from all activity just as the weekly 7th Day Shabbat is a Shabbat Shabbaton. We will be discussing what Yom Kippur is, how to observe Yom Kippur, what is involved in a fast, YESHUA being our High Priest, do children have to fast, and the connection with Bar Abba and the scapegoat.

The Book of Jubilees shows us why and when Yom Kippur was instituted:

Jubilees 34:12-18

“And the sons of Jacob slaughtered a kid, and dipped the coat of Joseph in blood, and sent it to Jacob their dad on the TENTH DAY OF THE SEVENTH MONTH (YOM KIPPUR). And he mourned all that night, for they had brought it to him in the evening (Leviticus 23:32 evening to evening), and he became feverish with mourning for his death, and he said, “And evil beast has devoured Joseph; and all the members of his house were grieving and mourning with him all that day. And his sons and his daughter rose up to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted for his son. And on that day Bilhah heard that Joseph had perished, and she died mourning him, and she was living in Qafratef, and Dinah also, his daughter died after Joseph had perished. And these THREE MOURNINGS came upon Yisra’el in one month. And they buried Bilhah over against the tomb of Rachel, and Dinah, his daughter, they also buried there. And he mourned for Joseph for one year, and did not cease, for he said, “Let me go down to the grave mourning for my son.” For this reason it is ordained for the children of Yisra’el that they should afflict themselves on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the day that the news which made him weep for Joseph came to Jacob his dad, that they should make atonement for themselves with a young goat on the tenth day of the seventh month, once a year, for their transgressions; for they had grieved the affection of their dad regarding Joseph his son. And this day has been ordained that they should grieve for their transgressions, and for all their transgressions and for all their errors, so that they might cleanse themselves on that day once a year.”

YAHWEH commands us in Leviticus 23:26-32 saying:

"The tenth day of this seventh month is Yom ha'Kippurim (ha-kee-pur-eem) the Day of Atonement. Hold a sacred assembly and deny yourselves, and present an offering made to YAHWEH by fire. DO NO WORK ON THAT DAY, because it is the Day of Atonement, when atonement is made for you before YAHWEH your ELOHIM. Anyone who does NOT deny himself on that day must be cut off from his people. I will destroy (karat pronounced ka-rot) from among his people anyone who does any work on that day. You shall DO NO WORK AT ALL. This is to be a LAW for the generations to come, wherever you live. It is a SHABBAT (Shabbat Shabbaton)  rest for COMPLETE you, and you must deny yourselves. From the evening of the ninth day of the month until the following evening you are to observe your SHABBAT."

Leviticus 16:29-34

“And this shall be for you a Law FOREVER: in the seventh month, on the TENTH DAY of the month, you afflict your beings, and do no work, the native or the stranger who sojourns among you (gentiles). For on that day he makes atonement for you, to cleanse you, to be clean from all your transgressions before YAHWEH. It is a SHABBAT OF REST (Shabbat Shabbaton) for you, and you shall afflict your beings-a LAW FOREVER. Verse 34 And this shall be for you a LAW FOREVER, to make atonement for the children of Yisra’el, for all their transgressions, once a year.”

Numbers 29:7-11

“And on the TENTH of this seventh month you have a set-apart gathering, and you shall afflict your beings, YOU DO NOT WORK. And you shall bring near a burnt offering to YAHWEH, a SWEET FRAGRANCE: one young bull, one ram, seven lambs a year old, perfect ones they are for you, and their grain offering: fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenth parts for the bull, two-tenth parts for the one ram, one-tenth part for each of the seven lambs, one male goat as a iniquity offering, besides the iniquity offering for atonement, the continual burnt offering with its grain offering, and their drink offerings.”

YESHUA is the Lamb of YAHWEH who takes away the iniquities of the world and offered Himself with His blood and not the blood of bulls and goats. It is important to see what YESHUA’s blood did for us with His atoning blood for us on the execution stake.

Hebrews 9:12-14

“And He did not enter with the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered in once into the set-apart place, and obtained for us EVERLASTING SALVATION. For if the blood of goats and calves and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who were defiled cleansed them even to the cleansing of their flesh, how much more will the blood of Messiah, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to ELOHIM, purify our conscience from dead works so that we may serve the living ELOHIM? For this cause He became the mediator of the New Covenant and by His death He became salvation for those who transgressed the old covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of eternal inheritance.”

 YESHUA fulfills the animal offerings for us with His blood and the IS sweet fragrance that YAHWEH mentions that comes from the burnt offering:

Ephesians 5:2

“And walk in love, as Mashiach (Messiah) also has loved us, and gave Himself for us, a gift and an offering to YHWH for a SWEET-SMELLING FRAGRANCE.”

So we see that we are to do no work, have a set-apart gathering, grieve over our iniquities,  to completely afflict our souls and deny ourselves, which means at least a 24 hour fast of no food or water. We can deny ourselves through fasting because we need food and water to live and in doing so we are denying our being for the day. Example:

Anah (ah-nah) - means to bow down or afflict
Nefesh (neh-fesh)-soul or yourself

 Psalms 35:13
"I humbled my soul with fasting" I anah my nefesh with fasting.

Matthew 9:14-15 (Hebrew)

“Then disciples of John came unto YESHUA MASHIACH, saying, “Why do your disciples not AFFLICT THEMSLEVES like us and the Pharisees? So YESHUA MASHIACH said to them, “Because of the bridegroom—while he is alive, all of them who are with him are not able to be quenched. But when the time comes that man will hide the bridegroom, THEN THEY WILL FAST.”

The same applies for Isaiah 58:3
"Why have we fasted, and You have not seen? Why have we afflicted ourselves, and You took no note?"

So as we see from the scriptures above that denying/humbling/afflicting your soul means to fast, which is what we are supposed to do on Yom Kippur.

Do children have to fast?

The Samaritan Torah page 286 says “Soul”—The Israelite Samaritans understood “soul” in this regard as the infant that MUST fast the Day of Atonement of the year in which the infant WAS WEANED from the breast. The Jewish halacha understood the soul as being one who has reached 13 years of age.”

Genesis 21:8

“And the child (Isaac) grew and was WEANED; and Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was WEANED.”

Weaning is when a child is completely off of the breast milk which can be anywhere from the ages of 18 months to 4 years, some say 5 years old maximum. So, we can agree that Isaac was not 13 years old when he was weaned. It appears the Samaritans have it correct that once a child is weaned then he or she should participate in the fast. As always take it to our Father YAHWEH in prayer. Here are some other examples:

2 Chronicles 20:3-4

“And Jehoshaphat feared, and he raised up his face to pray before YAHWEH and proclaimed a FAST FOR ALL THE INHABITANTS of Judah. And he said to them, gather yourselves together an come let us beseech YAHWEH our ELOHIM. And ALL the inhabitants of Judah gathered themselves together, even from far off cities, and they came to beseech YAHWEH.”

Jonah 3:5-7

“So the people of Nineveh believed in ELOHIM and decreed a fast and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least. And when the news reached the king of Nineveh, he arose from his throne and took off his crown from his head and covered himself with sackcloth and sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, let neither MEN NOR BEAST, HERD NOR FLOCK, TASTE ANYTHING, LET THEM NOT FEED NOR DRINK WATER…

So even in Nineveh it was proclaimed that not only humans should not eat or drink water, but also the animals.

What is involved in a Fast?

We firstly deny ourselves by not eating any food or drinking any water, we must turn away from our own desires/pleasures and to completely seek YAHWEH’s face, and we are not to oppress others. This is how to be heard by our ELOHIM and to present an acceptable fast before the face of YAHWEH. Humble yourselves before Him and do justice where there is injustice.

Isaiah 58:2-4

“They seek Me day by day and desire to know My ways, as a people that have done righteousness and have not forsaken judgment of their ELOHIM; they now ask from Me righteous judgment and desire to draw near to ELOHIM, saying Why have we fasted and you have not regarded? Why have we afflicted ourselves, and You take no notice? Behold, in the day of your fast you do what you wish, and you present offerings to all of your idols. Behold, you fast for strife and quarreling, and to strike violently with the fist of wickedness; you shall not fast as you to do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.” Is it such a fast that I have chosen? A day for a man to afflict his soul, to bow down his head like a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Will you call this a fast, and acceptable day to YAHWEH? This is the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to cut off the bands of treachery, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke; to share your bread with the hungry, and to bring the stranger to your house; when you see the naked to cover him; and to refuse not one of your own flesh.”

 Next, I would like to cover some examples of what was usually done during a fast which included weeping, mourning, and fasting, I also would recommend laying in sackcloth as they did in ancient Yisra’el and if you are able, to put dust or ashes on our heads to completely humble ourselves. You can get dirt outside or even use ashes from the grill. What is sackcloth? A very coarse, rough fabric woven from flax, hemp, or jute vegetable fibers.

Joel (Yo’el) 2:12

“Yet even now,” declares YAHWEH, “turn to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning.”

2 Chronicles 34:27

“Because your heart was tender, and you humbled yourself before ELOHIM when you heard His words against this place and against its inhabitants, and you humbled yourself before Me, and you tore your garments and wept before Me, I also have heard,” declares YAHWEH.”

Esther 4:15-16

“And Esther commanded to reply to Mordecai, “Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me, and DO NOT EAT OR DRINK for three days, night or day. I too, and my young women shall fast in the same way, then I shall go to the king, which is against the law. And if I shall perish, I shall perish!”

Additions to Esther 14:1

“Queen Esther also, being in fear of death, came to YAHWEH, and laid aside her splendid apparel, and put on garments of anguish and mourning (Sackcloth). And instead of precious ointments, she covered her head with ASHES and dung, and she humbled her body greatly, and all the places of her joy she filled with her torn hair.”

Jeremiah 4:8

“For these things gird yourselves with SACKCLOTH and lament and howl: for the anger of YAHWEH is not turned away from you.”

2 Maccabees 13:10-12

“When Judah learned of this, he commanded the multitude to call on YAHWEH night and day that He would help them now if ever at any other time, being at the point that their Torah,  their country and their set-apart Temple taken from them; and that He would not allow the people that had only just now been a little refreshed, to be in subjection to the blasphemous nations. So when they had all done this together and pleaded for the kindness of ELOHIM with WEEPING AND FASTING and LYING FLAT upon the ground for THREE DAYS (Like Esther 4:15-16), Judah, having encouraged them, commanded they should make themselves ready.”

Testament of Joseph 10:1-3

“Therefore, my children, you see how patience works great things, and prayer too WITH FASTING. So you also-if you follow after self-control and purity, with patience and prayer, with fasting in humility of heart-YAHWEH will dwell among you, because He loves self control. And wherever the Most High dwells, even though envy, or slavery, or slander happens, YAHWEH who dwells in him, for the sake of his self-control not only delivers him from evil, but also exalts him even as me.”

Job 16:15

“I sewed SACKCLOTH over my skin, and laid my horn in the dust.”

1 Maccabees 3:46-47

“Therefore the Yisra’elites assembled themselves together, and came to Mitspah, opposite Jerusalem; for in Mitspah was the place where they previously prayed in Yisra’el. Then they fasted that day, and put on SACKCLOTH, and threw on ashes on their heads, and tore their garments.”

Judith 4:9-15

“Then every man of Yisra’el cried to ELOHIM with great ardor, and they humbled their beings with great fervency; both they and their wives and their children and their cattle and every stranger and hired man and their servants bought with money, and put SACKCLOTH upon their loins. So every man and woman and the little children and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, fell before the Temple, and threw ASHES upon their heads, and spread out their SACKCLOTH before the face of YAHWEH; they also put sackcloth around the altar, and cried to the ELOHIM of Yisra’el all with one accord earnestly, that He would not give their children as prey and their wives as spoil and the cities of their inheritance to destruction and the Set-Apart Place to defilement and reproach, and for the nations to rejoice at. So ELOHIM heard their prayers and looked upon their afflictions; FOR THE PEOPLE FASTED MANY DAYS in all Judah and Jerusalem before the Set-Apart Place of YAHWEH ELOHIM.”

Job 42:6

“Therefore I recant and repent in dust and ashes.”

Lamentations 2:10

“The elders of the daughter of Zion sit on the ground, are silent. They have thrown DUST on their heads, they have girded themselves with SACKCLOTH.”

 1 Kings 21:27

“And it came to be, when Ahab heard those words, that he tore his garments and put SACKLOTH on his body, and fasted and lay in SACKCLOTH, and went softly.”

1 Chronicles 21:16

“And David lifted his eyes and saw the messenger of YAHWEH standing between earth and the heavens, having in his hand a drawn sword stretched out over Jerusalem. And David and the elders, wrapped in SACKCLOTH, fell on their faces.”

Nehemiah 9:1

“And on the twenty-fourth day of this month the children of Yisra’el were assembled with FASTING, AND IN SACKCLOTH, and with earth (dust) on them.”

Mathew 11:21

“Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Beth Saida! Because if the miracles which were done in you had been done in Tsor and Sidon, they would have REPENTED long ago in SACKCLOTH AND ASHES.”

Jonah 3:4-5

“And Jonah began to go in to the city on the first day’s walk. And he cried out and said, “Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown! And the men of Nineveh believed in ELOHIM, and proclaimed A FAST, AND PUT ON SACKCLOTH, from the greatest to the least of them.”

2 Maccabees 10:25-26

“But when he drew near, those that were with Maccabee turned to pray to ELOHIM, and threw DUST on their heads and girded their lions with SACKCLOTH.”

YESHUA and connection to two goats presented

Leviticus 16:5-10

“And he shall take from the congregation of the children of Yisra’el TWO kids of the goats for a iniquity offering and one ram for a burnt offering. And Aaron shall offer the bullock of the iniquity offering, which is for himself, and make an atonement for himself and for his house. And he shall take the two goats and present them ALIVE before YAHWEH at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. And Aaron shall CAST LOTS upon the two goats, one lot for YAHWEH and the other lot for Azazel. And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which YAHWEH’s lot fell and offer it for a iniquity offering. But the goat on which the lot of Azazael fell shall be presented alive before YAHWEH to make atonement with it and to send it away to Azazael into the wilderness.”

Mathew 27:15-20 (Complete Jewish Bible)

“It was the governor’s custom during a festival too set free one prisoner, whomever the crowd asked for. There was at that time a notorious prisoner being held, named Yeshua Bar-Abba. So when a crowd had gathered, Pilate said to them, “Whom do you want me to set free to you? Bar-Abba? Or YESHUA, called the Messiah? 

As we see in Leviticus 16:5 that two identical goats were brought before YAHWEH ALIVE and one would be a iniquity burnt offering and the other Azazel the scapegoat would be set free into the wilderness by a fit man with the iniquities of Yisra’el on his forehead. “Bar Abba” means “Son of the Father”. Bar in Aramaic is Son and Abba means Father; but in the Complete Jewish Bible his name is rendered as Yeshua Bar Abba (Yeshua Son of the Father) just like our Messiah is literally YESHUA THE SON OF THE FATHER which matches with the two identical goats that Aaron brings before YAHWEH, which is why lots had to be cast because they looked alike. So, the same symbolism is being applied here that the murderer about to be freed is Yeshua Bar Abba (Yeshua The Son of the Father) and YESHUA THE SON OF THE FATHER were both brought out ALIVE and identical by name; and this allowed for the transgressor (Bar Abba)  to trade places with the perfect YESHUA the Son of YAHWEH who would offered up as a iniquity offering and set the transgressor free. The Same way YESHUA traded places with US and let us “the transgressor” be set us free.

2 Corinthians 5:21

“For, on your account, He (YAHWEH) had made Him (YESHUA) who knew no iniquity to be a iniquity offering that we might by Him become the righteousness of ELOHIM.”

Isaiah 53:6

“Truly, He has borne our sicknesses and carried our pains. Yet we reckoned Him stricken, smitten by ELOHIM, and afflicted. But He was pierced for transgressions, He was crushed for our WICKEDNESSES. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. We all, like sheep, went astray; each one of us has turned to his own way. And YAHWEH has laid on HIM THE WICKEDNESS OF US ALL.”

YESHUA our High Priest and Everything points to YESHUA and His atonement

Also, surrounding Yom ha’kippurim is that everything points to YESHUA just as the entire Old Testament does.  In ancient times the high priest (kohen ha’gadol) would enter into the Tent of Meeting once a year, behind the veil, into the kadosh ha’kadoshim ( holy of holies) and make atonement for himself, his household, and for the assembly of Yisra’el. He would sprinkle blood on the mercy seat that sat above the Ark of the Covenant (Leviticus 16:14-17). Then the high priest would confess the iniquities, transgressions, and wickedness of Yisra’el onto the forehead of Azazel (scapegoat) and a fit man would send him into the wilderness with the iniquities and that goat himself would bear the wickedness of the people

It is just a constant reminder of how everything was a foreshadow of YESHUA being the perfect sacrificial lamb; just like the blood of the perfect lamb spared the children of Yisra’el in Egypt and YAHWEH “Passed Over them” and protected them is the same way the perfect blood of the Lamb of YESHUA saves us and iniquity and death “Pass Over us”.

Romans 5:16-19

“And the effect of the gift of ELOHIM was greater than the effect of the offence of Adam; for while the judgement from one man’s offence resulted in condemnation of many, the gift of ELOHIM in forgiveness of iniquities resulted in righteousness to many more. For if by one man’s offence, death reigned, how much more those who receive abundance of mercy and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, YESHUA HA’MASHIACH. In like manner as by one man’s offence, condemnation came upon ALL MEN,, even so by the righteousness of one man will the victory of life be to ALL MEN. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made transgressors, so by the obedience of one man shall many be made righteous.”

While atonement was being made; the high priest did all the work and the community of Yisra’el did not need to do anything, just as YESHUA is our High Priest and has done all the work of atonement for us on the execution stake.

 YESHUA is our High Priest and intercedes for us at the throne:

Hebrews 8:1-2

“Now above all we have a High Priest who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven; and He has become the minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which ELOHIM pitched and not man.”

YESHUA is our High Priest and King in the order of Melchizedek who was the only other king/priest in scripture:

Genesis 14:18

“And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out loaves and wine and he was the PRIEST of Elyon ELOHIM.”      

Psalms 110:4

“YAHWEH has sworn, and will not lie, You are a priest forever after the ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK.”

Hebrews 7:11

“If therefore perfection had been reached by the Levitical priesthood by which the law was enacted for the people, what further need was there that another priest should rise after the ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK? Otherwise, the scriptures would have said that he would be after the order Aaron.”      

The Dead Sea Scrolls 11Q13- The Coming Melchizedek says:

“And concerning what Scripture says, “In this year of Jubilee you shall return, everyone of you, to your property” (Lev. 25;13) And what is also written; “And this is the manner of the remission; every creditor shall remit the claim that is held against a neighbor, not exacting it of a neighbor who is a member of the community, because ELOHIM’s remission has been proclaimed” (Deut.15;2) the interpretation is that it applies to the Last Days and concerns the captives, just as Isaiah said: “To proclaim the Jubilee to the captives” (Isa. 61;1) (…) just as (…) and from the inheritance of Melchizedek, for (… Melchizedek) , who will return them to what is rightfully theirs. He will proclaim to them  the Jubilee, thereby releasing them from the debt of all their iniquities. He shall proclaim this decree in the first week of the jubilee period that follows nine jubilee periods.

Then the “DAY OF ATONEMENT” shall  follow after the tenth jubilee period, when he shall atone for all the Sons of Light, and the people who are predestined to Melchizedek (Reference to YESHUA in order of Melchizedek) (…) upon them (…) For this is the time decreed for the   “Year of Melchizedek`s favor”, and by his might he will judge ELOHIM’s set-apart ones and so establish a righteous kingdom, as it is written about him in the Songs of David ; “A Elohim like being has taken his place in  the council of ELOHIM; in the midst of divine beings he holds judgement”

Testament of Levi 8:14

“And the third will be called a renewed name, because a KING will arise from Judah, and will establish a NEW PRIESTHOOD (Tribe of Judah not Levi), after the fashion of the nations to all the nations. And His presence is beloved, as a prophet of the Most High (Deuteronomy 18:18), of the seed of Abraham.”

YESHUA’s Priesthood in order of Melchizedek predates the Levitical priesthood. Clearly, YESHUA is KING, HIGH PRIEST, PROPHET, and everything in one! And outside of Melchizedek there was no other king priest because these are always two separate offices in scripture.

Zechariah 6:13

“Even He shall build the temple of YAHWEH; and He shall bear the esteem, and shall sit and rule upon His throne; and He shall be a PRIEST upon HIS THRONE (KING); and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”

The work that the human high priest did was a shadow of what was to come with YESHUA who would be the final atonement for us all because He has already done all the work for atonement! We don’t have a human high priest sacrificing animals anymore as we are the temple. YESHUA is our High Priest and unlike the human priests He does not have to make a sacrifice for His own iniquities because He was without iniquity and He makes continual intercessions for us because unlike humans He does not die, which makes Him a permanent High Priest forever.

Hebrews 4:14

“We have, therefore, a great High Priest who has ascended into heaven, YESHUA HA’MASHIACH, the Son of ELOHIM; let us remain firm in His faith. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot share our infirmities, but we have One who was tempted with everything as we are, and yet without iniquity.”

Hebrews 7:26-27

“For it was fitting that we should have such a Kohen ha’Gadol (High Priest)-kind, innocent, undefiled, having been separated from transgressors, and exalted above the heavens, who does not need, as those high priests, to offer up slaughter offerings day by day, first for His own iniquities and then for those of the people, for this HE did ONCE FOR ALL when He offered up Himself.”

1 John 2:1

“My little children, these things I write to you that you do not transgress. And if any man transgresses, we have an advocate with the Father, YESHUA HA’HA’MASHIACH the righteous.”

Die to self

YESHUA being ELOHIM the Son gave up His authority as King and humbled Himself to die for us. That is love and we need to follow that example by giving up ourselves and denying our existence and follow our Master YESHUA's example. Yom Kippur teaches us to die to self, deny ourselves, afflict our souls, weep, mourn and live for Him.
As we remember to deny, humble, and afflict ourselves during Yom ha’Kippurim let us use YESHUA our Messiah as the perfect example of how He completely denied His own existence for our sake when He said in

Mathew 26:39

"My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from Me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."

Matthew 16:24 (Hebrew)

“And then YESHUA said to his talmidim (disciples), “Whosoever wants to follow after Me it is obligated that He should give up hope for himself, and that he take his warp and woof (execution stake) and follow after Me.”

YESHUA died so that we may live and freed us from the law of iniquity and death, by breaking the chains of Satan so that we do not have to suffer eternal torment! YAHWEH poured out His wrath upon His only Son so that we do not have to face what we are deserving of. We have been redeemed by His blood, so let us put our lives and fleshy desires to the side and do our Father YAHWEH's will and be obedient in our walk with YESHUA, HalleluYAH!

1 John 4:9-10:

"By this the love of YAHWEH was manifested in us, that YAHWEH has sent His only brought-forth Son into the world, in order that we might live through Him. In this love, not that we loved YAHWEH, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be an atoning offering for our iniquities."

Yom Teruah (Trumpets) and Day of Remembrance!

 We are now entering the season of all the Fall Moedim (Mo-ed-deem) which means Appointed times, which are Feasts/Fasts that YAHWEH ELOHIM commanded us to observe each year.

September 21st is Yom Teruah (Evening of September 20th to evening of 21st).

Teruah (Teh-roo-ah) in Hebrew is defined in Strong’s #8643 as:

A shout or blast of war, alarm, joy, battle cry, blowing, blowing trumpets, joyful sound, resounding, shout, shout of alarm, shout of joy, shouted, shouting, shouts of joy, signal,  or trumpet blast.

As mentioned above the first Set-Apart Day is Yom Teruah/Trumpets which means “The Day of Shouting” and the beginning of a new month CHODESH and is on September 21st which is equivalent to the 1st day of the 7th month in YAHWEH’s eyes on the Zadok Priestly Calendar found in Enoch, Jubilees, and the Aramaic Levi Document. The 1st Day of the 7th month is ALSO a Day of Remembrance and the beginning of the Fall season.

Jubilees 6:23-26

“And on the first of the first month, and on the first of the fourth month, and on the first of the seventh month, and on the first of the tenth month are THE DAYS OF REMEMBRANCE, and the DAYS OF THE SEASONS IN THE FOUR DIVISIONS OF THE YEAR. These are written and ordained as a witness forever. And Noah ordained them for himself as FEASTS for the generations forever, so that they have become thereby a memorial to him. Verse 26 “And on the first of the seventh month all the mouths of the abysses of the earth were opened and the waters began to descend into them.”

So are to blow the shofar, shout, have a feast, and remembrance on this day!

Judaism calls this day “Rosh Hashanah” which means “Head of the year” or the “Jewish New Year” and this is false! Our New Year began in the spring during Passover when things are renewed and coming back to life, not in the fall when things like the leaves of the trees are starting to die. Judaism does things backwards most of the time and we need to flee from these man-made traditions aka the Oral Torah, “tradition of the elders.”

Rosh Hashanah has ties to paganism that was learned in Babylonian exile and was started to be practiced amongst some in the 2nd Temple period. The Babylonians took their New Year’s Day celebrations seriously and called them Akitu and Resh Shattiim, which is the Akkadian form of the Hebrew Rosh Hashanah, and Rosh Hashanah is found nowhere in scripture because they borrowed it from pagans.

Exodus 12:1-2

“And YAHWEH spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt saying. This month (Abib) shall be to you the BEGINNING OF MONTHS: It is the FIRST to you among the months of the year.”

So again, spring is the beginning of the year for us when Passover was instituted and not Rosh Hoshanah in the fall. That is why we should stick to what the day is called in scripture which is Yom Teruah and not Rosh Hashanah.

The Scriptural Command for them all:

YAHWEH commands us in Leviticus 23:23-24 saying:

"Speak to the children of Yisra’el, saying, 'In the SEVENTH MONTH (Ethanim), on the FIRST DAY of the month, you have a REST, a REMEMBRANCE OF BLOWING THE TRUMPETS, a set-apart gathering.” You DO NO SERVILE WORK, and you shall bring an offering made by fire to YAHWEH.”

Numbers 10:10

“And in the day of your gladness, and in your Appointed Times, and at the BEGINNING OF YOUR MONTHS, you shall BLOW THE TRUMPETS, over your burnt offerings and over your peace offerings. And they shall be a remembrance for you before your ELOHIM. I am YAHWEH your ELOHIM.’

Psalms 81:3

“Blow the SHOFAR (RAM’S HORN #H7782) at the New Month in the esteemed day of your feast.”

This makes a lot of sense because Yom Teruah is on 1st day of the month which is the beginning of the 7th month AND it’s an Appointed Time and we will be blowing trumpets/shofars, which matches what YAHWEH said in Numbers 10:10 and Psalms 83, it’s a TRIPLE celebration of blowing the shofar for the beginning of the month and again for it being Yom Teruah where we are commanded to blow the shofar/shout which falls on the beginning of the month, plus having a feast for the “Day of Remembrance” for the flood account and it being the start of the fall season.

So, we are commanded to:

·        Not work

·        Have a set-apart gathering

·        Blow the trumpets/shofar and shout

·        Have a feast in remembrance of what happened during the flood; for it being the beginning of a new season (the fall); AND the beginning of a new month all on this day

We are allowed to prepare food for the celebration and that is all you may do, being that it is a High-Shabbat and not a Shabbat Shabbaton such as the weekly 7th Day Sabbath or Yom Kippur which is a fasting day. Similarly, to how cooking is all we can do on Feast of Unleavened Bread which occurs after Passover which is a High-Shabbat.

Nehemiah 8:1-3

“And the SEVENTH MONTH arrived and the children of Yisra’el were settled in their cities; and all the people were gathered as one man to the broad place before the water gate and they told Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the Torah of Moses, which YAHWEH commanded Yisra’el. So, Ezra the priest brought the Torah before the congregation both of men and women and everyone who had understanding was present to listen on the FIRST DAY OF THE SEVENTH MONTH (YOM TERUAH). And he read in it from the time of sunrise to the middle of the day before the men and the women; and they understood it and the ears of all the people were attentive to the Book of the Torah.”

Jubilees 31:3            

“And he (Jacob) went up on the FIRST of the SEVENTH MONTH to Beth-El. And he built an altar at the place where he had slept (Genesis 28), and he set up a pillar there, and he sent word to his dad Isaac to come to him to his slaughtering, and to his mother Rebecca.”

Jacob sets up altar on 1st day of 7th month, that he swore to do in Genesis 28 when YAHWEH appeared to him when he fled from Esaw and was on his way down to Laban’s house.

Numbers 29:1-6

“And in the SEVENTH, on the FIRST of the month, you have a set-apart gathering, YOU DO NO SERVILE WORK, it is a Yom Teruah for you. And you shall prepare a burnt offering as a sweet fragrance to YAHWEH: one young bull, one ram, seven lambs a year old, perfect ones, and their grain offering: fine flour mixed with oil, three-tenth parts for the bull, two-tenth parts for the ram, and one-tenth part for each of the seven lambs, and one male goat as a iniquity offering to make atonement for you, besides the burnt offering with its grain offering for the New Month, the continual burnt offering with its grain offering, and their drink offerings, according to their Right-Ruling, as a SWEET FRAGRANCE, an offering made by fire to YAHWEH.”

YESHUA is the Lamb of YAHWEH also as John 1:29 in The Hebrew “EL who takes away the iniquities of the world” offered Himself with His blood and not the blood of bulls and goats. It is important to see what YESHUA’s blood did for us and be thankful for this GIFT. YESHUA fulfills the animal offerings for us with His blood as He serves as High Priest in the heavens for us and His atonement is the sweet fragrance that YAHWEH mentions in Numbers 29:1-6 that is required on this day. Which connects to what Paul says:

Ephesians 5:2

“And walk in love, as Mashiach (Messiah) also has loved us, and gave Himself for us, a gift and an offering to YAHWEH for a SWEET-SMELLING FRAGRANCE.”

We too need to offer up ourselves as a living sacrifice in our daily lives:

Romans 12:1

“I call upon you, therefore, brothers, through the compassion of ELOHIM, to present your bodies a LIVING OFFERING set-apart, well-pleasing to ELOHIM-your reasonable worship.”

1 Peter 2:4-5

“Drawing near to Him, a living Stone-rejected indeed by men, but chosen by YAHWEH and precious- you also, as living stones, are being built up, a spiritual house, a set-apart priesthood, to offer up SPIRITUAL SLAUGHTER OFFERINGS acceptable to YAHWEH through YESHUA HA’MASHIACH.”

SHOUTING (TERUAH) ON THE DAY OF SHOUTING

As we defined in the introduction that Teruah means a shout or blast of war, alarm, joy, battle cry, blowing, blowing trumpets, joyful sound, resounding, shout, shout of alarm, shout of joy, shouted, shouting, shouts of joy, signal, or trumpet blast. The reason for shouting has a role in YAHWEH’s plan for His people and we some examples of this in scripture:

Joshua 6:5-6:

"And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when you hear the sound of the horn, all the people shall shout with TERUAH (a great shout); and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall go up every man straight before him."

1 Samuel 4:5-6 says:

"And when the ark of the Covenant of YAHWEH came into the camp, all of Yisra'el TERUAH (shouted) so loudly that the earth shook." And when the Philistines heard the noise of the Teruah, they said, 'What is the noise of this great Teruah in the camp of the Hebrews?"

Though I’m unable to look up the etymology of the words in the Book of Jasher, I feel led to add these verses as they seem to qualify for Teruah as we read from the scriptures of above.

Jasher 37:20

“And these kinds were seized with great terror at the sons of Jacob, and while they were standing in their quarters, behold the sons of Jacob advanced upon them, with one hundred and twelve men, with  GREAT AND TREMENDOUS SHOUTING.”

Jasher 39:5-8

“And the men of Arvelan went out with their wives to fight with the sons of Jacob, for their wives were experienced in battle, and they went out, about four hundred men and women. And all the sons of Jacob SHOUTED WITH A LOUD VOICE, and they all ran toward the inhabitants of Arvelan, and with a GREAT AND TREMENDOUS VOICE. And the inhabitants of Arevelan heard the noise of the SHOUTING of the sons of Jacob, and their roaring like the noise of lions and like the roaring of the sea and its waves. And fear and terror possessed their ears on account of the sons of Jacob, and they were terribly afraid of them…”

Jasher 39:25

“What is the matter with you in the battle that you cannot prevail? (Men of Ga’ash speaking to sons of Jacob) Can you then do to the mighty city of Ga’ash and its inhabitants as you did to the cities of the Amorites that were not so powerful? Surely to those weak ones among us you did those things, and killed them in the entrance of the city, for they had not strength when they were terrified at the sound of your SHOUTING.”

Jasher 42:12-13

“And behold Simeon rose up from his seat against them (Midianites), and sprang upon the ground and drew his sword and approached the Midianites and he gave a terrible shout before them, so that his SHOUTING WAS HEARD AT A DISTANCE, AND THE EARTH SHOOK AT SIMEON’S SHOUTING. (Similar to 1 Samuel 4:5-6). And the Midianites were terrified on account of Simeon and the noise of his shouting, and they fell upon their faces, and were excessively alarmed.”

Matthew 24:31 (Hebrew)

“And He will send his messengers, SHOUTING WITH GREAT VOICES, and they will gather the chosen ones of EL from the four portions of the world- from the heavens and unto the earth.”
Shofar/Trumpet blasts in scripture:

Isaiah 27:12-13

“And it shall come to pass in that day that YAHWEH shall fence men off from the channel of the river as for as Egypt; but gather one by one the children of Yisra’el. And it shall come to pass in that day that they shall blow the great SHOFAR/RAM’S HORN (#H7782) and the lost ones in the land of Assyria shall come and the lost ones in Egypt and shall worship YAHWEH on the holy mountain in Jerusalem.”

Joshua 6:5-6:

"And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the SHOFAR/RAM’S HORN, and when you hear the sound of the horn…”

Judges 3:27

“And it came to pass when Ehud came into the land of Yisra’el, that he BLEW THE SHOFAR/RAM’S HORN in mount Ephraim and the children of Yisrael came down with him from the mountain and he was before them.”

Nehemiah 4:18-20

“As for the builders, each one had his sword girded at his side as he built. And the one who sounded the ram’s horn was beside me. And I said to the nobles, and to the deputy rulers, and to the rest of the people, “The work is great and large, and we are separated far from one another on the wall. In whatever place you hear the sound of the SHOFAR/RAM’S HORN, join us there. Our ELOHIM fights for us.”

Trumpet blasts when YESHUA returns:

We do not know the day or the hour of YESHUA’s return; however, I would just like to point out the connection with the trumpets when He does.

Mathew 24:31 (Most translations)

“And He shall send his angels with the GREAT TRUMPET, and they shall gather the chosen who are His from the four winds and from the ends of the heaven.”

1 Thessalonians 4:16 (includes both shouting and trumpet)

“Because the Master Himself shall come down from the heavens with a SHOUT, with voice of a chief messenger, and with the TRUMPET of ELOHIM, and the dead in MASHIACH shall rise first.”

Paul mentions both shouting and the blowing of the trumpet on the day YESHUA returns, and both of those elements are a part of our Yom Teruah celebration, HalleluYAH!

There are four primary types of shofar blasts:

1.     Tekiah- A long single blast (the sound of the King’s coronation.)

2.     Shevarim- Three short wail-like blasts (signifying repentance)

3.     Teruah-Nine staccato blasts of alarm (to awaken the soul)

4.     Tekiah ha-Galol- a great long blast (for as long as you can blow!)

Our Father YAHWEH has given us Kingdom behavior to act out on earth as it is in heaven, just as we see the shofar blast being heard on the mountain.

Exodus 19:16-17

“And it came to pass on the third day as the morning drew near, there were voices and lightning and a thick cloud appeared upon the mountain and the sound of the trumpet RAMS HORN/SHOFAR sounded loud and all the people in the camp trembled. And Moses led the people forth out of the camp to meet ELOHIM and they stood by under the camp.”

Let us SHOUT (TERUAH) and blow our trumpets/shofar on this day and make NOISE, enjoy a feast and give to YAHWEH. It’s the first moed (appointed time) of the fall AND it’s the first day of the first month, let us rejoice! As always may our Father YAHWEH bless you in YESHUA’s Name!

What is the law of Christ? The TRUTH!

Many Christians will say “I’m under the law of Christ and we now follow His teachings!” So many of them feel as though they are walking in obedience to the commandments of YESHUA based off of this statement. So, did YESHUA change things? Did He bring a new teaching that was different than the Old Testament laws of the Torah?

Firstly, I would like to start with a prophecy:

Genesis 49:10

“The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until the coming of the One to whom the scepter belongs (YESHUA), to whom the GENTILES SHALL LOOK FORWARD.”

Isaiah 42:4 (Aramaic)

“He (YESHUA) shall not fail nor be discouraged till He has set justice in the earth; AND THE ISLANDS (GENTILES) SHALL WAIT FOR HIS TORAH (LAW.)”

The question I present is this: if the Torah (Law) is done away with as Christians have been taught and believe, then why is it prophesied that the gentiles will be waiting for the law? They were waiting for the truth with anticipation to obey it, not looking forward to rejecting it. The Scriptures cannot contradict themselves!

So, the gentiles were waiting for YESHUA’s law, so the question is which law did YESHUA teach? Before answering this question, I have to clarify the word HA’MASHICAH in Hebrew. Most translators today have translated “HA’MASHIACH” into “Christ” and in doing so the word has lost its meaning that is very important. The word HA’MASHICAH in Hebrew means “The Anointed One.” This is important because YESHUA is HA’MASHIACH the anointed KING, HIGH PRIEST, AND PROPHET! Now with that understanding let’s read another prophecy to see what law YESHUA would teach:

Deuteronomy 18:18-19

“I will raise up for them a PROPHET like you among their brethren, and will put MY WORDS IN HIS MOUTH; and He shall speak to them all that I SHALL COMMAND HIM. WHOSOEVER WILL NOT HEARKEN TO MY WORDS WHICH HE SHALL SPEAK IN MY NAME, I WILL REQUIRE IT OF HIM.”

This prophet that YAHWEH would send would only speak the words that He commanded Him to speak, which means He would not speak His own words. This is a prophecy of YESHUA the Son of YAHWEH the Anointed King, Priest, and Prophet who is EL (God) Who became flesh. So now let’s take Deuteronomy 18:18-19 and we will see that it matches:

John 12:49-50

“For I (YESHUA) did not speak of Myself; but the Father Who sent Me, HE COMMANDED ME WHAT TO SAY AND WHAT TO SPEAK. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting; these things THEREFORE WHICH I SPEAK, just as MY FATHER TOLD ME, SO I SPEAK.”

John 3:35-36 (John the Baptist understood this as well)

“The Father loves the Son, and has placed everything under His hand. He who believes in the Son has eternal life; and HE WHO DOES NOT OBEY THE SON SHALL NOT SEE LIFE, but the wrath of ELOHIM shall remain on Him.”

John The Baptist says that anyone who does not obey the Son (YESHUA) will not have eternal life, why? Because YESHUA is speaking the words of His Father YAHWEH, not His own words which matches what we read Deuteronomy 18:18-19, John 12:49-50, and means if you disobey the words of YESHUA then you have directly disobeyed The commands of His Father Who gave Him the words to speak, and it will required of all of the lawless Christians on judgement day.

So, if YESHUA did not speak His own words but the words of the Father it should be even clearer that YESHUA COULD NOT do away with the law or bring a new teaching because His teaching wasn’t His own.

John 7:15-18 (Hebrew)

“How does this One (YESHUA) not learn, know literature? YESHUA answered and said, “My TEACHING IS NOT MINE, but it is from Him who sent Me. If any man desires to do the desire of EL (God), He will recognize the teaching whether it is from EL, or if his word is from himself. Whoever speaks of himself seeks his own honor.”

YESHUA’s words are so true and Paul understood this:

Acts 20:29-30

“Also from among yourselves, men shall arise, speaking perverse things to DRAW AWAY DISCIPLES AFTER THEM.”

So, Christianity’s teaching is from themselves and NOT from YAHWEH and they are seeking to honor themselves and not the Father, and in doing so they are speaking perverse things against the Torah and leading away disciples after themselves instead of leading them to the truth of YESHUA. YESHUA is EL (God) The Son of YAHWEH and did not speak His own words; therefore, how can any pastor have the authority to speak his own words? Especially that which is contrary to what the scriptures teach? Since YESHUA spoke the words of His Father this means YESHUA taught that all people including Christians must keep the commandments of the Torah which includes the Shabbat (Friday sunset to Saturday sunset), dietary laws, celebrating the set-apart feast days in Leviticus 23 as they aren’t just for the Jews, again Isaiah 42:4 the gentiles would be waiting for the law not REJECTING IT!

Matthew 28:18-20

“And YESHUA came and said to them, “YAHWEH gave Me power in the heavens and in the earth. Therefore go preach to ALL THE PEOPLES (Including gentiles), and immerse/baptize them in the Name of the Father and the Son and of THE RUACH HA’KODESH (The Set-Apart Spirit) and TEACH them, and keep ALL THAT I COMMANDED YOU. And I will be with you in all time, until the end of the world.”

YESHUA says preach to all nations which includes the gentiles who were waiting for His law, and to teach the nations everything that He commanded! So what did YESHUA command them?

Matthew 5:17-18 (Hebrew)

“Do not think that I came to throw down the Torah and the Prophets, ON THE CONTRARY (THE OPPOSITE), I came to CONFIRM. I say unto you in truth, that NOT ONE WORD WILL BE DIMINISHED from the Torah…”

We have established that YESHUA did not speak His own words but the words of the Father and here again,  He plainly states that He did not come to get rid of the Torah or prophets, but the exact opposite of that, He came to confirm it! Oxford dictionary defines “confirm” as “ESTABLISH THE TRUTH OR CORRECTNESS OF SOMETHING, previously believed, suspected, or feared to be the case.” Christians have believed the Torah is done away with YESHUA says NO, I’m confirming that it stands! And that we are to walk in it just as He walked:

1 John 2:6

“He (believers) who says he abides in Him (YESHUA) ought himself also to walk even as HE WALKED.”

Scripture shows us that YESHUA upheld the Torah and confirmed the words of YAHWEH the Father; and we are to walk just as YESHUA walked and not according to the traditions of men. The Jews added their oral torah the man-made traditions they placed over the written Torah and YESHUA came to correct and rebuke them for it and to establish/confirm that the Torah is kodesh (set-apart) and good.

Lastly, many Christian pastors will point to a scripture in John as proof that YESHUA changed things and taught a new law. Most translations read:

John 13:34

“I am giving you a NEW COMMAND: that you keep on loving each other. In the same way that I have loved you, you are also to keep on loving each other.”

John 13:34 (Hebrew)

“And now I will tell you a RENEWED COMMANDMENT, that you must love one another in unity as I love you that you may love one another among yourselves.”

Doesn’t the Hebrew which is the language of the scriptures make more sense? The other translations have mistranslated this verse. We know that loving YAHWEH and each other is not a new concept in the scriptures at all! YESHUA reiterated a commandment from the Old Testament because again, He did not speak His own words:

Leviticus 19:18, 33-34

“You shall not bear enmity (hatred) against the children of your own people, but you shall LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR as yourself; I am YAHWEH” Verses 33-34 “And when a proselyte sojourns with you in your land, you shall not wrong him; but let him be among you AS ONE OF YOU; and the proselytes who sojourn among you, you must LOVE THEM AS YOURSELVES; for you were also sojourners in the land of Egypt; I am YAHWEH your ELOHIM.”

Deuteronomy 6:4-5

“Hear, O Yisra’el: YAHWEH our ELOHIM is One YAHWEH; and you shall LOVE YAHWEH your ELOHIM with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.”

The other commonly misinterpreted verse used to promote lawlessness and to say YESHUA is teaching a new doctrine is:

Matthew 22:35-40

“And one of the teachers of the law asked YESHUA, tempting Him, and saying, “Rabbi, which is the highest commandment in the law? YESHUA said to him, “You must love your ELOHIM with all your heart and with all your nephesh (soul) and out of all your understanding. This is the first and very greatest commandment. And the second is like this: ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself. ALL THE TORAH and the prophets are hung on these two commandments.”

So, just as we discussed above, is that love is not a new concept in the scriptures, so YESHUA isn’t saying that there are literally only two commandments to keep, what He did was point us back to the 10 commandments! The first four show us how to love YAHWEH and the last 6 show us how to love our neighbor as ourselves, and the 10 commandments are a summary of the ENTIRE TORAH!  Many believe that merely saying you love YAHWEH and YESHUA with your mouth fulfills this commandment. All you have to do is say “YAHWEH I love you so much” and that’s it! What does scripture say? YESHUA says your love for Him requires action.

John 14:21

“He who has My commandments with him and OBEYS THEM is the one who LOVES ME; he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal myself to him.”

Conclusion:

2 John 1:9-10

“Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the teaching of Messiah does NOT HAVE ELOHIM. He who abides in His doctrine has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not welcome him to your house, neither bid him to eat; for he who bids him to eat is partaker of his evil works.”

Whoever does not obey the teachings of YESHUA does not have the Father, because they have outright disobeyed the words of YAHWEH being that YESHUA spoke the words of His Father and not His own. As Revelation 14:12 says we are to have faith in YESHUA and keep the commandments of YAHWEH! This is true doctrine anything else is evil.

Warning Muslims: You need a Savior!

Galatians 1:6-9 (Aramaic)

“I’m surprised how soon you have turned to another gospel, away from Messiah (Al-Masih) who has called you by His mercy and have gone to another gospel (Injil pronounced In-geel) that is NON-EXISTENT, but there are men who agitated you and desired to pervert the Good News of Messiah. For if us, or EVEN A MESSENGER/MALACH/ANGEL from heaven preach outside from what was preached to you, let them be cursed. As I said before, so I say again: Whichever man preaches to you outside of what you have received, let him be accursed.”

There is only ONE GOSPEL (Injil) that was given, And what does the true gospel tell us?

John 14:6 (Hebrew)

“YESHUA (Isa/Jesus) answered and said unto him “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE, NO ONE COMES UNTO THE FATHER, EXCEPT THROUGH ME.”

Matthew 26:27-28 (Hebrew)

“And afterward He took the cup, and did a prayer of thanksgiving, and gave it to them, and said, “Drink this-all of you, for this is the BLOOD OF THE NEW, WHICH IS SHED TO ATONE YOUR INIQUITIES.”

The One true gospel/injil tells us that nobody on this earth can come to The Father unless they go through YESHUA (Isa/Jesus) Who is EL (God) The Son of YAHWEH made flesh who died for your sins and rose on the third day which means there is only one truth and one faith! So as Paul states if anyone preaches to you another gospel that doesn’t exist whether it be a man, or an angel let them be cursed!

So, how does Islam accept another gospel preached 600 years later by another angel named Gabriel that says YESHUA (Isa/Jesus) is just a prophet, just a man, not the Son of YAHWEH (God The Father) and did not die for your sins? Is this not a false gospel? Wasn’t this a false vision given to Muhammad? There can be no other revelation or Good News written after what already occurred in the Bible as we read above. What does Gabriel tell us in the Hebrew-Aramaic scriptures the true gospels/injil before the Quran even came into existence?

Luke 1:26-32 (Aramaic)

“And in the sixth month, the messenger/malach/angel GABRIEL was sent from the presence of ELOHIM (God) to Galilee to the city whose name was Nazareth, to a VIRGIN who was betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph from the house of David. And the name of the VIRGIN was Mary. And the angel came to her and said to her, “Peace to you full of mercy, our Master is with you, O blessed one among women. Verse 30 And the angel said to her, fear not, Mary; for you have found favor with ELOHIM. For behold, you will conceive and give birth to a Son, and you will call His Name YESHUA. He will be great, and He will be called the SON OF THE HIGHEST; and YAHWEH ELOHIM will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will rule over the house of Jacob forever; and there will be no limit to His kingdom.”

Matthew 1:20-21 (Hebrew)

“And while he (Joseph) was planning this, the messenger/angel of YAHWEH appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary your wife, for what she conceived, she conceived by the RUACH HA’KODESH (The Set-Apart Spirit). And she will give birth to a Son, His Name must be called YESHUA, for He will SAVE HIS PEOPLE FROM THEIR INIQUITIES (SINS).”

The angel Gabriel from the Bible is saying YESHUA will die for the sins of the world, yet the Gabriel from the Quran disagrees with this. Gabriel from the Bible was sent to give a message from our Father YAHWEH the truth that the world needs to hear. This is the lifesaving truth and you have to accept YESHUA as your Savior who died for your sins as He is the only way to the Father and to eternal life. If you still have doubts, there is nothing stopping you from praying and asking YESHUA if He is the Son of YAHWEH! Don’t let tradition or rejection from others stop you from asking Him because your soul depends on this, and YESHUA loves you and wants you to come to Him!

Lastly, there is something I want you to think about. The Torah and Injil (Gospels) tell us in Deuteronomy 19:15, Mathew 18:16 that out the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established! So, in the Bible we have multiple witnesses from Moses in the Torah, many prophets, and psalms written at different time periods by different writers and yet they are all saying the exact same thing that YESHUA is the Son of YAHWEH and would die for our sins! This is proof that the Bible is the inspired word of YAHWEH the Father and He wants you to know that you need a Savior!

“The Quran which means “recitation” was revealed to Muhammad, he did not write it down, but spoke it, preached it, and recited it and then his followers memorized it, and some wrote it down. After his death in 632 AD all the parts that were written down by his followers on (palm leaves and stones) were gathered together and arranged into a book by the first caliph Abu Bakr. Then scribe Zaid was charged with the job of locating all the parts and compiling them into one volume. And around 20 years later, under third caliph Uthman, the same scribe was charged with gathering all the variant (different) versions that still existed, determining the correct one and burning the rest. This is hiding evidence and shows that the Quran isn’t as original and untampered with as Muslims have been led to believe. This doesn’t sound divinely ordained at all, but rather the will of men. Muhammad receives the revelation, which makes him one witness and he is verifying his own account, then he doesn’t write down but recites it to his followers and then it was later written down by followers, and after all of that the Quran has been accepted as the truth!

The Bible wants to make it very clear that multiple witnesses are agreeing and saying the exact same thing, even though the revelations and prophecies were not given to just ONE MAN! The scriptures were written by inspiration of the RUACH HA’KODESH (The Set-Apart Spirit) therefore the message is the exact same by different people even hundreds of years apart, which verifies the truth and the authenticity of what is written in the Bible. Think of it this way! If you were in a court room standing before a judge and 1,000 people said you were innocent, but ONE man stands up and says you are guilty, and the judge says “GUILTY! Based off the ONE witness!” You all would say that is unfair and doesn’t make sense at all and you would be correct in saying so! Likewise, in the same manner that is the same situation with the Bible and The Quran! Tons of witnesses say YESHUA (Isa/Jesus) is EL (God) the Son of YAHWEH the Father who became flesh and died for you, but one witness of the Quran 600 years later with different versions that were burned while compiling it says, “no YESHUA (Isa/Jesus) is just a man, just a prophet and did not die for your sins!” When we view it from a witness standpoint as the Bible does we can see that this doesn’t make sense at all does it? Accept YESHUA as your Savior today and be forgiven! Be completely set free in His love!
